Fibromyalgia..........................
by morty inso do any of you have it or any info on it????.
just to add to my regular cronic back pain that i live with, i now have been diagnosed with full blown fibromyalgia.
i am looking for all the info i can get, as the doctors answers are more pills....i am sick to death with pills now!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you are having problems with fibromyelgia. I was diagnosed with it in 99........and found that muscle relaxers helped...but didn't completely eleviate it. Fortunately for me, my fibro only flares up when I am under "huge" stress...it is not a day to day battle like others face. I am extremely grateful for that. Mine hits me for a month when it does...and that is bad enough.

How Many Reveal Themselves Totally On This Board?
by minimus insome feel that you should put out a history of who you are, what your life was and is like now and express it in a very simple way so that everyone can "know" you.
we've had posters say they were elders, elder's sisters, hurt jws, etc.
it could all be a little fantasy.

i understand there are about 27,000 abuse victims, and about 6,000 lawsuits standing against the borg.

Piercings Anyone?
by santacruzchick inout of curiosity, is anyone on this forum 'into' body piercings?
for years i'd wanted my eyebrow pierced, but i never got it done because of course it wouldn't be acceptable at the kingdom hall, and my mom certainly wouldn't be approving.
finally, my second year in college, around last halloween, i got my eyebrow done, and i love it.

After my divorce I got a navel piercing.........showed a reg. pioneer and she said: Wow...that looks great!!!
Of course, before that, I pierced each ear lobe 2x...I don't feel piercings addictive, I consider the ones I got as decoration!!!

I am one of those "faders" and can't reveal all about myself.
I am legitimate, I don't lie or makeup things and I am not a "mole"....a few posters like: Scully (knows nodenial, and his JW dad), Jst2laws and Joyzabel know me personally. They have taken up for me on previous posts when I was called a "troll"....(when I first started posting).
I enjoy the ones that can "reveal" themselves. I enjoy their life experiences...that is one of the things that made me feel so comfortable, knowing I am "not alone" with the new revelation that the "truth" isn't the truth.
Hmmm...now I know why certain ones will not answer my pm's...they are afraid they don't trust me. Well...I understand...but please don't fear me...I am "real".

Anyone ever been to the meeting drunk or stoned???
by New Castles inok funny question....i have a friend who used to get to the meeting drunk as a skunk sometimes and he'd play it off nicely.
i do know of a couple of times he came stoned too.
anyone here ever do that, or knew someone who did??

I have in the past went to some meetings with a few cocktails, not drunk but feeling fairly happy! After Nodenial and I married he started not going to the meetings and it freaked me out, especially since his wedding vow included: I want to serve Jehovah with you. Now, my first husband cheated on me and said the reason he cheated was because he was "spiritually weak and not attending all the meetings", I was assuming Nodenial was becoming like my ex. I started to feel very scared and felt like I was going to relive my "painful empy past."
A year ago, when Nodenial and I learned the "truth" about the truth and had just relocated (anyone here know what it is like to make a major move and learn the "truth" about the truth and feel so empty you wished you were dead?)...we were at the Memorial...I was totally loaded with NOdenial's favorite beverage (lol)...I was in so much emotional pain...kinda embarassing for me to even confess this...as I have always been a very "together" person.
