  Congrats on learning TTATT, and hopefully, reconciling with your wife.

  If you continue to be reasonable and loving and show a genuine interest in your wife and kids and their welfare, without demanding she chuck everything she believes in right way, you may "win her over without a word."

  He refers Franz to the Aid book, (Topic: Eve - p. 538) which states that:

  At the age of 130 another son was born to her. Eve called his name Seth ...

  The Insight book changes this to Adam as being 130.

  my wife is really getting on my case about not being spiritual and leading the family spiritually.

  at this point, i really dont go to meetings anymore nor do i have the desire to go.

  i guess its not enough that i work 50 hours a week and pay the majority of the household bills with no complaints.

  well this is huge on so many levels.

  one they new it was contaminated back a few years ago so why move your headquarters there?

  The difference is that WT has a free lawyer pool at their beck and call.

  long before i woke up as a born in, this never, i mean never ever had any good explanation for me, or not even a bad one.

  the jws seem to have an explanation for everything even if it is bat shit cray, but the logic to this i have never been given.

  if you ask did god put satan there to test/tempt whatever adam and eve, the answer would be of course not!

  According to WT theology, it would take ONLY ONE perfect man to remain loyal to Jehovah under test.

  Jesus did that, and answered the challenge.

  Why therefore must every perfect human be tested after the 1,000 years?

  Makes no sense.

  Also, should not ALL humans be likewise tested - children born after the 1,000 years?
  

  Are all humans going to be submitted to an annual performance review to determine their worthiness to continue alive?

  Sounds pretty sci-fi to me.

  well there are lots of reason for sure, denial, delusion, wishful thinking, ego maniac, infantile understanding of ancient writings, satanophobia, xenophobia, out of touch with reality, limited choices scrapping the bottom of the barrel,and many more.. listen to this ted talk and see if you can pick out something that helps explain why these guys are such ass holes:.

  organizations are often run according to the superchicken model, where the value is placed on star employees who outperform others.

  and yet, this isnt what drives the most high-achieving teams.

  I do have to wonder sometimes if there is something to the rumors that the GB are just figureheads and someone else is calling the shots.

  There is no question that they are figureheads.

  Splane and Sanderson are the only ones with an IQ over 90.

  There is absolutely no question that this is a corporation run by outside interests.

  Feel like a new fire has been lit

  i've spent the last 6 months or so really in depth into ttatt, really angry at times, cursing the cult that is the wts led by the fds, and today i feel like i've found a new fire.

  i'd been completely opposed to listening to anything to do with the organization, but today i watched the brie video on youtube, young high school girl pouring her heart out in opposition of the wts and its practices.. from there, i found jwstruggle on youtube, johncedars, and derekohare... it's just a wonderful thing finding people willing to out the wts for what it is.

  i had felt such anger, like, they're getting away with their bologna, but to see people like this making stands against the wts is an amazing source of hope.. besides forums such as this, what have you found that helped you?.
