  there is an allegation floating around saying he assaulted one of his female staffers .

  most mainstream media do not report on this claim.

  they either don’t believe it or don’t want to believe it.. funny how if it were brett kavanaugh or donald trump, they would be all over it.

  I watched the initial interview on the far left PBS show "Democracy now!". I have read some of her statements. Very believable. Says creepy Joe slid his hand up her dress and penetrated her with his finger. Claims she filed the written complaint contemporaneously. She was constructively fired and filed more paperwork. If true there should be a paper trail and she would have a decent case to ruin him.

  With the major players all over 75, and COVID19 running amuck..who knows what will happen in November?

  I miss working in San Francisco. There was fabulous Chinese food there. 2cd Gen and I have been home 99% of the time, and she is a great cook. We will probably order some take out - Uber eats next week.

  The P.R.C. is Bats!#!t crazy and our attitude towards the government is negative but unchanged towards the people....and food. Kung Pao bat sounds good.....

  Install a caller ID block on your phone. Let everything go a nondescript voicemail or simply ring.

  Don't answer the Door Sat around noon- or go for a nice drive with the family!

  There is no rule that says you must engage every nut on their time table. :)

  i have a trove of old watchtower literature.

  i know of course, and for example, to keep the three first volumes of the watchtower (bound) and a bunch of other items.

  (and i handle them delicately.).

  Some late 60s early 70s Bound Volumes. Red "Life Everlasting in the Freedom of the Sons of God" book. Lots of references to 1975. Orange Paradise Book. Blue Truth Book. "Why is wise to examine your religion" . We sold some old stuff on eBay. When we ran out of TP last month I wish we had a few volumes still... :)

  We are seriously considering a move out of crazy expensive, crazy California since retirement. Someplace within an hour of an international airport. Just a cheap small home we can just lockup for a month or more, and travel to more expensive or interesting places. Arizona? Nevada? New Mexico? Tennessee?

  JW views on saving and retirement

  probably one of the most common causes of cognitive dissonance many jws face is the choice to plan for retirement.

  if you're a good jw, then you should believe that the end will be coming soon, surely before you retire.

  that's what i did when i was younger, blowing decades that could've been better spent because i believed the end was coming, so any planning was a waste of time.

  Pioneering wife #1 went ballistic when she noticed my payroll deductions for the 401k, IRA, and various insurances back in 1985. She went to the elders and "turned me in" for my lack of faith. lol. She even had two elders come and council me for my "lack of faith" in the coming destruction of the evil system.

  (She left me 1990 ( :) thankfully!) saying my "lack of faith" was spiritually damaging her...and pioneered..until she ran out of that evil $$, had to work fulltime, and then decided to shack up with a wealthy attorney to support her,....who soon dumped her. She ended up a penniless bag lady in her late 60s.)

  So much Watchtower dogma and vitriol simply feeds illogical hysterical followers. Bethel itself is full of Accountants, Realtors, and Attorneys who wheel and deal to store up worldly riches.
