but surely as an indigenous species of this planet we would always find our home beautiful?

But surely as an indigenous species of this planet we would always find our home beautiful? Even if earth had the same features as Mars or the moon? We would then find the rocky dusty red earth beautiful or the deep craters and grey postmarked surface beautiful?

i can see no reason why the gb would want to loosen their grip on their cash cow/ cushy life.

well i suspect that at some point they will claim that the promised paradise is already here but that it has come in spirtual form.

The old scriptures about the lion lamb etc they can just twist into being symbolic of something of course. Then all they have to do is erase the privous old light and claim that anyone who said the paradise would be earthly were going ahead of the chariot ( 1975 style).
What do you think? They will have to think up something eventually. And let's face it the GB could tell them to take a running jump off the nearest high building and the faithful would do it. But I don't believe that they would risk their cash flow like that.

This is great! Is there any way of getting this into the press more? The more exposure these insane rants get the better! Imagine what kind of reaction jws would get on the ministry if everyone knew about this? No one would take them seriously!
i can't remember the topic with the discussion about the talk where they suggested that sisters should only consider ministerial servants as potential marriage partners but think about the implications more.. are they trying to use the potential affections of sisters to enourage brothers to do more and work harder?.
isn't this a form of 'pimping out' the sisters by limiting their attention to the people contributing to them?.

I think the GB are taking some things for granted here...
They are supposing that the single brothers in the Cong are attractive, whereas in reality there are more likely to be nampy pamby mummies boys with no personality.
Also they have supposed correctly that yes the brothers want to have sex as soon as possible. But have not thought that the sisters want the same. The GB seem to imagine congregations full of single, submissive, blushing sisters with no sexual desire at all. Whereas in fact the sisters want to get laid just as much as the brothers. Since single brothers are in short supply who cares weather they are MS or not?

i probably havnt spelt that right but anyway the other week a bro at my hall answered up saying that he had done research into the lives of these "rock and roll" stars and that he had discovered that they all belonged to a demon controled, satan worshipping secret cult called the illuminarte!

tonights book study in part is about jesus throwing out the merchants and money lenders in the temple... how do they manage to tally that up with asking for funds for all their various projects?
