Apology

i owe the board an apology.

yesterday in two different threads i called pleasuredome a geek and someone else an idiot ( i think it was logansrun, but i can't find it now).

at any rate...i apologize...i'm better than that...as is this board...i'm just very passionate about what i believe and have a very sensitive bullshit meter.

I found the culprit that messed up my computer

yesterday i posted that my computer was all messed up and that simon had helped me to eliminate the problem.. well, now i know what the culprit was.

you know those cute little smileys many of us have downloaded and are using to add to our posts?

the program that detects problems in your computer, eliminated that one.

I am going to get the kids to take it off my computer later on tonight....I will miss them though..I just thought they were the best...

I give up, I'm sick

after a week plus of roller coaster symptoms and complete hoarseness, the fever finally hit me yesterday, and i am officially sick.

had to call in sick, so the little algebrators and geometers get to annoy a sub all day instead of me.

and i did all the right things for the last month: flu shot, took lots of vitamins, immunity boosters, liquids and rest.

There is a terriable flu going around...gets lots of rest and gingerale....chicken soup too

I have been sick myself the last 2 days again...Just a chest cold though..

Think about your trip you have coming to you...get better for it at least..

I have not had any problems yet with my smileys.....does this mean for sure, it will screw up me computer??

New to the computer,and have lots of questions on it...I am just not quiet understanding what it does to your computer?

Poor Poor Pitiful Me

poor poor pitiful me........... my ex dumped me about 5 months ago now.

since then i have not let more than two weeks go by where i have not called him and broke down crying and pretty much begged for him to return to me.. during these five months i have managed to get involved with two people who are emotionally unstable.

i wonder how that happened.

Dont feel bad about breaking down and calling him.....We have all been there.....

The unstable ones you have been involed with are rebounds so to speak...I think maybe in the back of your mind you are thinking, if you date anyone, you will get over that fella you really had alot of feelings for...I have done it myself.....You must work on yourself Sandy....As soon as Sandy is happy, you will be able to set out in this world and find Mr, Right....Dont be hard on yourself, we are imperfect,and we all make mistakes....Good luck to you and your new found life....We all need a good cry once and while,nothing wrong with it..

JW Mom is fishing...

for information that is...seems she is asking all of my family about christmas cards that were sent to them by our family.

she goes over to the display of cards at my sister's house and notes - oh this is from you know who...blah blah blah.

then she notices that it just has her apostate daughter husband's signature.

Fluffiness: Hiding Christmas gifts?

where to hide those gifts... i've got some ideas, but i'm hoping to find more.. one great place i've found is the large boxes that were originally holding the christmas ornaments.

they get put back on the garage shelving with lots of things stuffed in.

my kids would never consider it.
