  Resurrection... to what TYPE of body?

  there is a bit of a debate about the resurrection, and to what type of body people will be resurrected to.

  it is quite simple, and encompasses two resurrections: the 'first' resurrection... and the general resurrection.. 1. the 'first' resurrection -.

  i was 'moved' to share with you the words of my lord.. he said:.

  "i am the living bread that came down from heaven so that anyone may eat of it and not die.. unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves.. whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has everlasting life, and i will resurrect him on the last day.. for my flesh is true food indeed, and my blood is true drink indeed.. whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood remains in union with me and i in union with him.. this is the true food that came down from heaven.

  as a non-x-witness, what do you folks think of the concept of one god in three persons?

  some of you probably still have a hard time with it, as did raymmond franz, former governing body member.

  nonetheless, the claims made by the bible itself seems conclusive enough upon close examination.. so why do recovering jws not question everything outright, rather than slowly, incrementally replacing doctrines.

  i'm trying to get a clear "take" on this:.

  the wts has often implied that their form of missionary work, concentrating on "preaching and teaching", is superior to that of christendom's.

  christendom often starts out by bringing food supplies, hospitals and the like, supposedly "enticing" the natives with material goodies.
