I still imagine that their reasoning is such that allows them to act trecherously and rationalize it must be done to further "Kindom interests".
Theocratic Warfare I believe the term is. What will allow them to lie or gloss over things to unbelievers in order to make the organization look better. The same strategy they have no qualms about applying to their own families if they think it might further kingdom interest. The higher ups have used it for years and similarly they encourage it in their members. The members use it instinctively without regard to the bible principles regarding honesty they are breaking.

Do you, or does anyone else believe the WTBTS deliberately tries to mislead people in this way? Is it possible that they honestly and sincerely believe their own lies and dogma and are doing what they think is in the "kingdom best interests"?
Yes I'm sure there are a lot of people who honestly and sincerely believe all the lies. However it seems clear to me that the higher up you go the harder it is to believe they live in total innocence of what is truly going on. (Some do I'm sure, but not all)

Probably trying to keep up with sites like http://bible.gospelcom.net/ that have been doing the same for years. Gotta mislead as much of the public into believing they have a legitimate translation as they can.

QUIET signs at assemblies
by Jez inlol...this one kills me.
again this year brothers had to walk the halls carrying signs that said "quiet please" everyone just ignores these poor embarrassed brothers.
the assemblay is going on and yet the halls are full of ppl walking, visiting, cruisin'.

Another thing about assemblays that caused me such stress, was seat obtaining. It was horrible bec if you didn't show up at least 1 hour early, NO SEATS, or all SAVED ones. It was a dreaded dreaded thing.
It was like that here for a while until the assemblies were moved to a larger facility further away.
Of course dramas were the worst. Everyone wanted the prime places to sit. They would crowd the doors when it opened knees and elbows flying. It certainly wasnt "loving" despite the "admonitions" to the brothers to be kind to those who could possibly be crushed to death. ie: my 8 year old self who only wanted a couple of good seats for the drama.

Converting JWs to Sanity
by Mr. Jones inthrough clear reasoning with a jehovah's witness, has anyone found it possible to show a jw that they are completly brainwashed members of a cult?
what are the best strategy's or methods of converting a jw back into a clear thinking individual?
any anecdote or insight is welcome.

Something has to happen to them to make them have doubts or to question. And it has to happen faster than the watchtower conditioning and sympathizers can react. Often something like a death will not work. Why? They have known the answer to death since they were little children. However being depressed and told it is a lack of faith and study may just do the trick. Ultimately it is very hard to "convert a JW to sanity" if they do not already have doubts. Once they have doubts it's only a matter of time to exploit the cracks.

Yeah they are not in favor of separation either whether legally or unofficially even if no one is doing anything immoral. Basically unless your mate is unfaithful you're stuck.
