I fully agree, but would have to argue against it being a significant enough number to classify all or even a majority of JWs feeling that way...

Those are nice sentiments. I agree that Jesus was a great man and set a great example for loving kindness. However, what convinces you that the world would have been different if he didn't come? How could we ever tell? What about the millions of people who do not believe or follow Jesus but who still do good things? What motivates them if it is not Jesus example? Those are some of the questions that pop into my mind when I try to attribute all good on earth solely to Jesus' example.

sometimes i think if a person gets too much information, it can cloud their judgement on things.
Yes! I was completely happy as a JW. I thought I had everything figured out and was going to live forever. I had no guilt (I was a good JW) and everything always worked out fine. Would I trade that for the knowledge I have now? HELLLSSS NO! I have many more questions now and many more concerns, but have really begun to appreciate life much more.
for those who still believe in jesus and his purpose and in a god who is creator.

Gentlesoul - Getting fired up does not mean a person is responding due to guilt. When people use terms like " cast pearls before swine?" and " can make some good here and is that why we continue to come here? " about another group of people it is insinuating that the group is possibly swine and that they are judged as in the wrong and bad, henceforth the need to "make some good here."
You should be able to see how non-believers of the Christian faith might see that as arrogant and insulting.
Rather than assuming you are right, since religion (or the bible) cannot be proven beyond peoples personal opinions, it might be more tactful to have the approach that you believe you are right but concede that your knowledge is limited (as all of ours is) and that you are willing to share your beliefs with others but you are open to discussing others beliefs in return, with a mutual respect.
Just a thought.

Stephanus - please tell me you are joking. As a JW I knew very few JWs who would rejoice in the deaths of others. Were you ever a JW? Did you get happy when worldly people died? I know I didn't...and I was a GOD DAMN GOOD JW!

I'm not sure how you can define it as "definitely" real...but even if it is real, that does not necessarily mean it was intentional and/or a conspiracy of the GB. So if they denied it and there is no proof that it is anything other than a coincidence, than that would be slander for someone to repeatedly accuse them of conspiracy without proof.
