this is a something i have been mulling over for a while.

my thoughts are finally coalescing into something that i can say is now my "opinion".

i'm still open on the subject though (i think), so i thought i'd throw it out there and see what you all think (or should that be y'all?)..

Independent Radio

there is an independent radio station in my area that broadcasts from one of the nearby foothill communities.

i'm am especially fond of it because of it's varied programming.

they were really only a roll last saturday as i came home in the morning from my weekly trip to the farmers market to "we got a cowboy in the white house".

when reading the new world translation i used to sometimes think, who translated this gobbledygook?..

i just read another passage where the nwt manages to slaughter the english language.. acts 21:30 .

nwt ...., and a running together of the people occurred:.... kjv ..., and the people ran together:.... niv ..., and the people came running from all directions.. this is an excerpt from the foreword of the nwt; it is a very responsible thing to translate the holy scriptures........into modern speech.

this guy is one of the reasons i visit.. (lifted off of h2o- posted by "unclebruce").

it is said that cows blood or at least parts of it are quite alright for transfusing to human beings.

my parents were surprised when i cut off my ponytail.

they were upset when i wouldnt re-enroll in college.

i had an interesting experience the other day.. i have been inactive for a long time and have recently begun to look closer at what i had come to believe was the "truth".

i have been busy reading and researching various related topics (some of my reading has included the interesting posts at this excellent site) and was starting to think that i have been misled by the wtbts.

friday night i earnestly prayed to jehovah to help me to have an open mind and to be objective in my analysis.
