  or an apostate..hate that term..i walked away from it, i dont believe any of it anymore.

  so who is going to be the first to tell me to leave so as not to taint the board?.

  i am 48 female married 30 yrs to same man, very moral, no drugs no alcohol no smokes..just common plain jane here..since i dont believe does this make me bad association..if it does i laugh in your face...now having said that and getting past this, sounds like so many here are disgruntled..if so why do you stay?

  so it's a beautiful saturday morning in murphy, texas -- big tex was about to go to home depot and i was about to start weeding the garden when we looked out front and there was a nondescript 4-door sedan parked in front of our house.

  the two guys in it weren't getting out, so we thought "uh-oh.

  " i asked again, "why didn't you come and visit me then?

  You stumped the elders with the truth! That's exactly what my wife did and she hasn't seen them since!

  I hope the seeds of 'thinking' will make them question their visit.

  Galations 6:10 would have been an appropriate scripture to cite after they said, they're busy. "Really, then, as long as we have time favorable for it, let us work what is good toward all, but ESPECIALLY toward those related to (us) in the faith."

  They didn't have the TIME and your not SPECIAL, is that what they're saying? Really?

  M67, greetings and welcome.

  Here's a suggestion I give to students when their learning about golf. Avoid reflecting on bag shots or execution, learn from them.

  In golf, your not going to make a perfect golf swing each and every time. Golfers who constantly reflect of a bad shots only hamper their progress and enjoyment of the game. To move on, you gotta learn from the negatives. Life is the same way, learn from the experiences and make the needed adjustments.

  Anger and shock sets in for those who come to learn about the org. but you can't let it control you, if you do, you lose out on happiness for yourself and those you love.

  This forum is a spendid forum to move on. You said you've been a lurker for some time, then, you know what I'm talking about. We have a number of positive folks that you can draw strength from, take advantage of it.

  I know your not a golfer, but believe me, golf is an emotional game, so isn't life.

  Here's hoping the best to you and the family. Happiness M67, happiness.
