  Luke 10:7 in New World Translation: "Do not be transferring from house to house."

  At Acts 20:20 Paul says he taught publicly and "house to house." Luke 10:7 is a direct commandment saying don't be house-hopping but teach whoever puts you up hospitably. In other words don't bang on door after door after door so as to be a pest and bring God's name into disrepute.

  As Christ had done, Paul would teach in one town while staying at a house there then go to another town and do so using a house there as his base. Going house to house is not canvassing every single door for no scripture says it is.

  Verses also indicate that though some have the gift of being extensive preachers like the apostles were and although we are all encouraged to try to be doing the work of an "evangelizer" (teller of the Good News), still we have different gifts.

  For example some witness better by using their hands in feeding the needy and caring for the sick, so forth. The Watchtower Society's statistic are still sinking even though they try to make it look positive by recording their total publishers for the PEAK year in 2001, rather than the average number of publishers for 12 months as they used to prior to this embarassing decline of theirs that will now accelerate.

  How to Get the US Press to Notice?

  any thoughts on how to get the us press to cover the great un library card scandal?.

  does anyone have a very simple un fiasco for dummies site that we could refer press members to?.

  of course, the boys in writing could not foresee that there was danger lurking in the shadows before watchtower presses rolled out the december 1, 2001 issue of the watchtower.

  the article "develop your heart to fear jehovah", on page 14 opens with the words:.

  fear has haunted mankind for centuries.

  Far more telling is the Nov 22, 1998 Awake chock-full of cozy articles about the UN's staffers from Eleanor Roosevelt who headed the Humans Rights Commission for the UN to today's staffers including Kofi Anan whose photo is on page 5.

  The real growth was close to 0% and negative because they have had to switch from averaging the publishers for all months to using only peak months of publishers in order to make the statistics seem to be still showing any kind of growth. I notice they said nothing about the United States. Any true growth is now limited to Africa and South America. Theocratic Warfare paper lies tactic.

  And I will say again the Nov 22, 1998 Awake! has an article warmly praising the UN's first human rights committee head Eleanor Roosevelt, sympathetic articles and interviews with UN staff including Kofi Anan for whom there's also a photo on page 5 etc.

  Kent, Randy, others, where are you? Why don't you get and put that article on your websites or here too?

  so when you started to work out all you thought so logical and true was actually rather pear shaped what did you think?.

  "i'm ging to bring this organisation down".

  "when i tell people this (whatever point you like 607 etc)they'll be shocked like me and want answers".

  The WTS is destroying the WTS.

  We help free more people though by revealing the misdoings.

  The org is slowly being strangled by those at the top, for example W.L. "Lloyd" Barry's signing for the U.N. - WTS liason.

  So far an implosion but it is gaining momentum. When the child molestation thing (silentlambs.org) gets on Dateline NBC it could explode the ship.

  David Reed's Blood On The Altar estimates 1,500 a year die from lack of transfusions or about 3 a day planet-wide. That's about 1 in 4,000. Even 1 unnecessary death is one too many. Contrast Mt 7 especially verse 12 and 1 Sa 14:32-35 saying Saul's army ate unBLED meat to not starve to death then Saul just made an altar of contrition, no verses showing God did not forgive the men from acting out of dire emergency. Mt 7 says David and his men ate temple bread but were forgiven because of the need to stay alive.

  Randy, you also need to post on there the November 22, 1998 AWAKE! which includes warm-hearted interviews by the Awake of UN staffers including UN head Kofi Anan, even a photo of him on page 5! The first article in that Awake was in praise of how Eleanor Roosevelt served as first head of the Human Rights Commission for the UN.

  I read a similar item years ago. One possibility is that it was put out by somebody to divert attention from the real UN-religion scandal which as we all now know was and is the 1991-early October 2001 UN-Watchtower liason. Surf on the internet though if you like.
