jeece, I just escaped a really difficult apocalyptic group into a bright new world of opportunities displayed like a fresh deck of cards where every choice is a winner and then I read this stuff...

ah well I guess it was too good to last (been free 7 weeks), and I guess I should be thankful - sigh

really though, do yah really think this is gonna happen? I've been burned so bad I don't trust information that presents something that is so one-sided with conclusions of such doom and with the strong conspiracy theory angle to boot. I believe in human nature more than such a presentation I suppose. Nope, gonna live life to the fullest still.

i'm sorry i just had to post this.

i'm sitting reading all the post on the tv shows and movies we weren't allowed to watch.

i am now completely hysterical laughing out loud at how insane this all was.

The jury is out for me on what or who the demons are if they are anything like described or even exist. There can be several other reasons to explain various occurrences (such as extreme mental stress) but I don't know what to believe. There are several mental illnesses that result in hallucinations as well.

I just know I haven't had any demon problems but I have heard many different stories that usually have some similar theme - such as trying to burn something and it won't burn blah blah blah. I remember a yearbook experience where some missionaries (I believe) were down in S America somewhere and they're new home had some sort of problems and after really searching the place carefully, there was supposedly something odd nailed to a wall (a medalion or something) - ah well.

Another story I recently heard right from the horses mouth was that supposedly some stuff left behind by a relative at a friends house was causing unknown problems so the person got rid of the stuff and put opened bibles all over the house - JEECE!

I believe jws are some of the most superstitious people and religion on earth and THANK GOD I'm not part of that mentally exhausting way of living - yet it still rears its ugly head from time to time - damn!

Just had surgery...

yesterday i joined the "surgery club"...can't say i wish to keep being a member.

it was a same day surgery, but should have stayed at lest overnight.

didn't sleep much last night, as the pain meds made me itch terribly.

Found a Second Aircraft Owned by The WT

this aircraft is the same model owned by the wt.

it is a twin-engine piper pa-31-310 navajo and it's n number is n254sw

as their other cessna twin-engine, this one is also based in alaska.

BTW folks - I do believe there is a reason this is a 2 prop plane.

I knew of a bro who used to do northern witnessing in canada with his single prop plane until the society specified 2 prop only please due to the extra safety margin in case of an engine failure.

Its the story I heard about this bro's former high-flying days volunteering for remote witnessing, take it or leave it.

And otherwise, I agree with all those who felt this was a non-issue (no offense to the thread or the efforts being made to keep a finger on the wts pulse). Quite simply, according to circumstances this org will use what they can and have to, to reach the public with their preaching (selling).

i arrived home from work late this evening and was perparing to settle down for dinner when a knock sounded on the front door at 7.30. upon opening it i was amazed to see an old friend of mine from the local congregation, dave.

a blessing i've had lately a few times as well, especially with the view to inviting to the memorial (now passed, and we didn't go for the first time - for me in over 30 yrs)

i haven't yet charged in to do unspiritual battle but am still researching, reading and surfing this site to be amply 'armed' in the case of a 'discussion'.

once i phone or meet with the po to cancel our lit order and ask for no visits until i request them, something interesting might happen
