Eddie Izzard. Anybody find him funny too?
Eddie Izzard is brilliant ! We were able to go and see him last year, my stomach hurt from laughing by the time we came out.

jay leno - just a massively tired and unfunny tool who should be burned for what he did to conan especially.. talented opposite: conan o'brien or jimmy kimmel.. carrot top - somehow figured out how to make a career out of prop comedy.
i'll give him that much.. talented opposite: this is tough because prop comedy is deader than ghenkis khan.

Apologists are welcome here, as long as they stick to the rules of debate
Surely this goes both ways? I could point to many examples where someone is labelled a troll after making only 1 or 2 posts because people disagree with them.
Sometimes we get people here who only want to rile people up and pop in and out of threads making off topic comments etc but there are many times when new people are not even given the chance to have a debate because some people take offense over their first post and they are labelled from that point on.

Calling "witness apologists" idiots and eggheads and all manner of insults does nothing to forward the discussion, except to satisfy some urge to beat up on some (hopefully) sincere poster that the group doesn't agree with. Debate ideas. Don't attack posters. Such behaviour is what almost prevented me from joining this board in the first place.
I completely agree, people should not be so quick to throw around the "troll" label. Just because you disagree with what someone is saying does not make them a troll. There seems to be a few people that make it their mission to sniff out apologists and then hound them off the board - weren't many of us apologists at some point?

No one is "disfellowshipped" from this forum. People who break the posting guidelines however can have their account deactivated, as happens on thousands on non-JW related internet forums everyday.

because last i checked, the ole boys in their oversized brooklyn bunker didn't want their members on the internet unless it was to view their own official websites.
