  i completely forgot it was yesterday.

  i was too busy setting my clocks one hour ahead.

  guess i was too involved in worldly things.

  Hmmm, lets see, I worked 6 days last week, had a meeting at 8am Monday at the school about my kid, met my about to be disfellowshipped sister-in-law for a "lunch" Tuesday (drank our lunch), had to take my son to occupational therapy at 8 am Wed., cleaned the entire house Thursday before work (cleanliness is next to godliness ya know!) Friday had to grocery shop cause my teenage stepdaughter and neice were staying the weekend and there was NO food in the house, had a panic attack in the grocery store, lost my cell phone, the furnace broke and we all froze this weekend, visited my best friend twice this week cuz she had a baby on Tuesday, had to take my son to counselling Fri am at 8.

  By sundown last night I was ready for some wine and partook of a half of a large bottle of it... minus the emblem. Tee hee.

  Question for those who chose to be JW

  i was born into the borg, i was wondering what made you join.

  my mother who is now deceased use to say she did all this research.

  my brother keeps stating that as this great fact to me.

  My h was raised JW and he is soooo wonderful, I figured it was because of his religion. I began studying (only wt material) and found no flaws.

  Only when I was smack dab in the middle of it I began cross referencing some things (something a true JW wouldn't consider) and found that the few doubts I had were for good reason.

  The bottom line is no one in the borg who WANTS to believe "the truth" is going to research anything outside of the WTS, and if they do they will deny it, say it is a lie from satan, etc etc etc. My family hounds me about "exactly" why I left.

  Any evidence I show them is rebutted with a reference to a WT article. They use the bible in some instances, but the very things they try to justify, I can show them scriptures to the contrary.

  Basically I don't care to ever see a WT or ASLEEP ever again in my life, and my family, that's ALL they will look at. Kibi

  The JWs finally found me home and awake!

  well, it has been about two months since my mom visited, and started asking the locals to stop by the house.

  i was either asleep or out every time they came by.

  anywho, i was actually on my way out with wallet in hand when i answered the door.

  About To Read Some Apostate Stuff.

  i just purchased, at amazon.com, and i am anxiously awaiting the arrival of, two of raymond franz's books, crisis of conscience and the other one .

  christian freedom i think it was called.

  for those who have read them; would you please give some sort of brief review of these books and rate them either "

  You will find C of C a real eye opener. I had to skip over some of the boring parts because of my short attention span, but I think anyone in the org. should read it.
