Dear Erica, seeing you on Dateline, so brave and strong,speaking out about your abuser, made me feel that everything we have gone through will not have been in vain. Although I have never met you, I feel I know you, and am glad to have had the opportunity to be part of the Dateline report on the Watchtower Society Pedophilia coverups. Although Dateline filmed us last summer for 10 hours, Dateline cut out Cori's and my interview, but I still feel the story was powerful and seeing you and your experience, and also the video of my daughter's molesting grandfather going door to door, gave Watchtower some strong messages from victims. We will no longer be silenced by them. I hope you can put some of this to rest and take each day with joy and the wonderfulness of your new baby.

by Erica ini can't find the words that would express how grateful i am for all the support, not only for all of you to back me on the dateline show but for my trial as well.
i don't think i would have had the courage to go through the trauma if it wasn't for all your prayers and encouragement.
dateline was a huge help for many and i know this because i have recieved quite a few calls, one from a current jdub who wants out for the safety of his 16 month old baby, i was so excited that he lifted the veil and saw it for the pure truth that it was.

The subject of Dissociative Identity Disorder, and related conditions, such as Panic Disorder,PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder as well as others, is a subject I have had to deal with in my personal life. Would a JW Elder consider physical evidence?

Some of the comments here I find distasteful and even insulting to small children who are victims. I am the mother of a victim of sexual abuse. I have over the years learned a lot about Pedophiles, thier "MO" (method of operation) and how they get away with what they do. It was an unpleasant education often described to me by experts who talked frankly, and openly to me as a mother who had to deal with the pain of having a child molested and asking myself, how did I miss this. I was an attentive mother, very protective, and loving, how could I have missed such a thing. Excellent therapists helped me to understand the sick way a pedophile thinks and works on children. First of all I learned pedophiles are like serial murderers in that they have a specific "MO" with there victims, how they select them, specific ways they lure them, speak to them, and sexually abuse them. My father-in-law had a specific "method of operation" with his victims, the type of victims and how he abused them. This is not easy to say. Pedophiles who molest small children, even toddlers may never leave any signs that one could physically notice. Often it begins with a child or baby sitting on their lap as they become aroused under their clothes, or sometimes they will fondle the small child under the childs clothes or even diapers, and masturbate themselves. Somethimes they will force oral molestation on a small child. There are many ways a molester begins his methods of operation in the beginning years with a specific child. I've heard of victims describe how their molester used digital penetration over the years until the child had become older and desensitized enough and controlled enough before finally actually raping them. I have heard of victims describe how thier molester always used a pet dog to lick them before he did. These are horrific disgusting things to talk about, but people here better realize just how evil these guys are. When they say "I only touched" or "I coped a feel" it actually means the above incidents. The only signs the poor parents are left with is a small child who, though having no physical signs, often is displaying feeding problems, separation anxiety, academic problems, and this can go on for years until the child reaches puberty or becomes old enough to understand that they cannot be theatened into the conutinued secrecy the pedophile force upon them. Specialists in this field have explained to me that sodomizing a small child can be digital also, orally as they masterbate. Unless there are physical signs, bringing a child to a Dr. to examine their genital area could actually be tramatizing to a child who has already come forward with verbal allegations. To even suggest, even jokingly that a child could be examined by an elder for physical evidence is to suggest abuse on top of the original abuse.

by DB inas many of you know, coleen rowley, fbi counsel in its minneapolis office, wrote a scathing 13 page memo to her boss, fbi director robert mueller, exposing many flaws in the agency's handling of intelligence which may have contributed to its failure to see the terrorist attack of 9-11 coming.. rowley will not be disciplined in any way, as promised by mueller.
she has been commended for her courage in coming forward with important information that could lead to changes within the fbi.. do you think that there's another organization that could learn a lesson here?.

Amazing Survived Major Heart Attack
by AlanF ini just spoke on the phone to amazing (jim whitney) who is in intensive care in a chicago hospital.
on monday he had a major heart attack, had a stint put in an artery to unblock things and may have bypass surgery.
he's comfortable enough right now, but of course will have to make some big lifestyle changes.

Amazing, our hearts and prayers are with you for an amazing recovery.Please take care of yourself and do what the Dr. tells you. Maybe try to get out walking and stay off this computer getting aggravated by all this Watchtower s--t ! I tell my hubby we should be out walking the boardwalk and excersizing in the fresh ocean air. Lately being sucked into all the Watchtower issues is stressful. Take a break for a while.

datelines presentation of the watchtowers child abuse issue was a case study in the black art of media propaganda.. from the very beginning of the presentation dateline was intent on giving the public a negative impression of jehovahs witnesses by portraying us all as oddball crackpots whose religion revolves around the doctrine that we dont celebrate birthdays and that all non-believers are possessed by the devil and that we want them all to die.

As for Bill on the phone with the unknowing Bethel liar, isn't that what elders do. They tried it with us by having someone on the other end of the phone to "entrap" us into saying something they wanted to hear. Again, Yk, what goes around comes around. I haven't said this in decades but it feels good to say it now. FUCK OFF YOU KNOW......and tell your Bethel geeks they better turn over all thier pedophile files to the FBI before it's too late.
