Charcoal or Gas Grilling?
by El Kabong inok, i'm sitting in my sunroom, i got the grill going right outside cooking up some beautiful spareribs with my special hand-rub spices.
after that, i got 4 beautiful well marbled porterhouse steaks just waiting to be grilled to perfection.
my preference has always been using a charcoal grill.

I for one personally do not hate you. Evidently, you were never one of Jehovah's witnesses, so you will never truly grasp the emotional turmoil and conflict that it has caused to many of us. I personally no longer believe in such a God that the Bible speaks of. You are quoting some of the nice sounding scriptures, but as I am sure you realize, there are just as many scriptures which show that The God of the Bible is as I stated in an earlier post not the nicest, most caring being that I wish to be associated with. If I had a child, I would lovingly do my best to guide it and teach it. I would not torture, or allow it to be tortured. It would not be my plaything. I would not insist that it kill for my name, and I would not destroy, or threaten to destroy it if it decided it did not want to be exactly what I wanted it to be, and likewise I would not curse it's future generations of offspring for something that my offspring did. What kind of supposedly "Loving Father" would I be if I allowed this? Would I not be considered an Evil person if I were to allow such a thing? Would I Deserve to keep my child, let alone have another? God seems to have made a mockery of us, yet you ask why some of us mock words???

DISTRICT ASSEMBLY TALK ON NEW LIGHT
by integ inon saturday may 29th, there will be a talk given at the district assembly in my area, called "walking in the path of increasing light".
i will not be able to attend this talk.
does anyone have any insight as to whether this is an announcement of some "new light"?

The Organization is Just Like a Controlling, Abusive Lover
by new light inthe mentality of many who defend the org.
and/or continue membership despite knowing the evidence against them is similar to that of a person who defends an abusive/controlling lover.
"sure, he controls every aspect of my life, doesn't let me spend time with anyone else, and beats me when i do, but that's beacause he loves me.".

the sad news he has cancer.it is lymphoma!!!
they are waiting on the results of the biopsy before determining treatment..... he didnt want me to say anything at first- as he feels you all have your own problems & he didnt want to upset anyone-because he says "they are dear friends".

'experts' suggested ball lightning, weather balloons, and anything else they could think of.
