Those big bad Bible Students
by RR inoh, those big bad bible students, taking over the world, a big threat to christianity as we know it.
that was the gist of rev.
robert c. hill, christian apologetic, who decided that there wasn't enough being done by the christian community to combat the resurgence of "russellism".

Some years ago I attended Bible Student services for a couple of months. I found them to be friendly and hospitable. Unlike the JWs the Bible Students that I associated with were very tolerant of others. Though this group was affiliated with the Dawn they frequently attended the conventions of other Bible Student groups and often subscribed to their publications. I am happy that I spent some time with the Bible Students. Though brief, it was also a rewarding stop on my spiritual journey.
Thank you for your fine posts, RR. I've found them to be very informative.

My girlfriend and I both like a good micro brew like Red Tail Ale or Sierra Nevada. However, she introduced me to Baltica # 3, which is imported from Russia, her homeland. Its a great tasting lager.

What if we... (for non-DF and DA "friends of this forum."
by Confucious inwhat if we all went back the kh and disobeyed every non-biblical rule.
we went in and were "non-politically correct" witnesses.
we'd say "bless you," we'd say "you're lucky.

I doubt that it would change anything. Been there, done that.

My girlfriend and I are not married yet. But when we spend the weekend together we like to do the same things married couples do and more. Since I left the JWs 20 years ago I don't know if this is still a DFing offense. Also I have:
Voted in every election since 1988.
Been received into the Episcopal Church.
At sporting events stood for the national anthem.
I guess I could go on and on, but who cares? Life was meant to be lived. Be happy.
