Delighting in Jehovah's "Righteousness" ??? (review of c/o's talk)
by dorayakii inwell, the circuit over-queer gave another stirring discourse, inciting the congregation to action... i can't remember the exact title of the talk but it was summink to do with taking delight in jehovah's righteousness...
he started off by defining jehovah's righteousness as his laws, his statutes and his commands (we all know where this is going now don't we?)...
he then went on to cite a few examples from the bible of ones who have proven to be righteous in god's eyes.

How did you get the "troof"?
by dorayakii ini was assimilated at birth... .
my maternal grandparents came to england in the early 1940s, and learnt the troof here.
my grandfather opposed my grandmother for a while, but then he decided it wasn't worth the fight and studied the blue "troof book" and my grandparents got baptised at the same assembly.

Which Fits the Facts... Evolution or Creation?
by dorayakii ini recently dug up my old copy of the "creation" book, which i haven't looked at for almost 7 years.
as i was flicking through, i caught a glimpse of the table on page 112 and remembered how at the time it thoroughly convinced me that evolution was not factual...
time and experience has passed, and i now agree more with the evolutionary side of the arguement... so i was thinking of various ways to refute what seemed to me at the time to be water-tight reasoning.

"Flash" puzzles: BLOODY DIFFICULT!!
by dorayakii ini came across these two flash "puzzles" the other day.
they're really interesting but bloody hard to do... they work on the principle of cause and effect and one wrong move can block your progress without you even noticing it... .
i've been at the first one for days and i still haven't solved it although i think i'm quite close... i thought of myself as a logical thinker coz i'm good at the mensa questions, but this one has got me tearing out my hair.

The EU and WTS prophecy
by dorayakii inthe european union does not exist on the american political landscape.
at a time when many foreign-policy experts are looking toward a multipolar world with the eu and china as two of the important poles, when foreign-policy issues are more important in the u.s. presidential election than at any time in recent memory, george w. bush has not even mentioned the eu in any speech given in 2004. not once.
