Good is good and all else simply falls short. Christ said "I want kindness", not, "I want goodness". He knows we fall short and accepts us as we are, encouraging us to improve. He does not judge us, His word judges us, as we hear it.
As for Matthew 5:21-22, is it the case that you have an altered bible? An nwt or something? If I say "you fool" to an arrogant jw, I don't go to gehenna, I'm simply become liable to the same judgement, so I'd better be 'damn' sure of myself - ever hear that one? Well, when it comes to jw fools, I'm sure, 'damn' sure.

the apostles did not go from door to door apart from revisiting their own flock in their homes (see paul).
going from house to house is the sure way to give what is holy to dogs and swine, who then having been instructed proceed to buy, via their own labour, and then learn to attack others by this, thinking themselves more worthy due to their own effort (see hagar).

The italic part was written by the wt I suppose. I only cut and pasted the quote from a different thread. It is an example of their racism - however, by it they reveal even to themselves the spiritual promiscuity of what they're doing, yet don't see it. Going from door to door is against what Jesus advised and delivers what is meant to be holy to anyone who they can spread their seed to.
That's one of the reasons why the wt is full of arrogant assholes. They were plainly told that God said that they could have paradisial things IF they would do what the org said that God tells them to do. The householders agree to buy, and the org backs up the sale with a promise (albeit imaginary), and all to please the imaginary beast in their minds, who doesn't give but sells. Having earnt enough to buy, the arrogant go on to attack those who aren't as worthy as they have become.

Well, listen again, and "be careful how you hear". Do you really think that you will know when a thief in the night comes if your not even awake? - no matter what anyone's yelling out to you? Not until it's daytime will you even know that your missing something. At the moment it's still dark, but with lamps we can see that you don't even know who came, that anyone came. And here you are, still burying your head under the pillow where it seems to be cumfy.
Now don't be silly enough to go off and "buy" your oil - just be glad enough when you wake up, that you are awake.

Armageddon to come some other 1914?

It's becoming clearer that whatever the wtbts writes for others is actually aimed at themselves and the beast in their own head.
They are the ones who superstitious about spirits, and they have a strong belief in demons. They deny the Holy Spirit is a person, want nothing to do with good spirits and they're always on the watchout for that guy Satan.
The only thing we've personally experienced that I have perceived to be truly evil so far is the demeanor of some particular jws.
