  no real story behind that.

  this was the same man at different times in his life yet he changed his name because he completely changed his ideals and goals too.

  both were extremely zealous, both thought they were doing gods work, both thought they were working for the greater good.. acts 8:3 (new international version)3but saul began to destroy the church.

  going from house to house, he dragged off men and women and put them in prison.. soul thought gods work was to destroy the christians but paul.... acts 20: 19i served the lord with great humility and with tears, although i was severely tested by the plots of the jews.

  it's weird putting two and two together after 40 years of have the two things separate.. my uncle was killed in a car accident in august of 1969. i was a child, but i remember my mother being very sad and crying and staying in her room.. it was in october of 1969 that the witnesses first visited my mom.

  my mom was in the front yard watching us kids when jw's came door-to-door.

  that sister and my mom are still friends to this day.. anyway, my mom started studying.

  My wife's mom married an American soldier and came to the US.

  All alone several kids, poor, learning the english language,

  bad experience with the Catholic Church in Germany and then ..........

  Knock knock knock the rest is history.

  Just because you do not work in a related field of your study does not mean that the degree was not useful.

  I see it all the time at work. We make a joke of it.

  The policy of many companies is that to have certain positions you must have a degree, period.

  i've always imagined a 60-year-old man with white hair who is really arrogant and grumpy with an evil look in his eyes, a very cold person who wanted to do nothing but ruin people's lives and was working for satan.

  i never imagined i'd be one.... ...that or a 55-year-old woman with gray hair with glasses and a very rude look, and smarter-than-thou attitude.. you?.

  Morris and his wife Esther went to the state fair every year,

  And every year Morris would say,

  'Esther, I'd like to ride in that helicopter.'

  Esther always replied,

  'I know Morris, but that helicopter ride is fifty dollars,

  One year Esther and Morris went to the fair, and Morris said,

  'Esther, I'm 85 years old.

  If I don't ride that helicopter, I might never get another chance.'

  To this, Esther replied,

  Wait. Jehovah God the Almighty can only provide food in 400 languages? Why is he limiting himself in this way? And do you notice the subtle way the WTS are calling themselves Jehovah?

  So it is Jehovah who is responsible for all the lite adjustments !!!!!!!!
