What Kind of Witness Were You ?

it seems like when your in the borg it is always pounded in your head that you need to do more so they made you think you were never doing enough.. the last five years that i was in it i guess you could say i was pretty gung-ho, i regulare pionered for almost three years as well as served as a ms, i used my home for book study as well as saturday field service.. but you know what all that does not amount to a hill of beans, you know why?
because the whole time i was a doubter, i never liked it from the time i was a kid.

Are you still a pacifist?
by wasasister inlast night, i found myself wondering aloud about something i never thought i would consider: purchasing a gun.
previously, i had very strong anti-gun sentiments.
i felt, and still do to some extent, that freely available guns in this country are an immediate threat to children and add to the violent perception others have of americans.

Yes, get a gun, and go to a shooting range many many times, learn how to use the handgun well. It won't do you any good if you can't, in a moment of emergency, pull it out and cooly remember your training.
It is like martial arts, you will learn how to kill someone in a single blow, or in one or two blows. Even in acuupuncture, you can learn to kill someone with a single needle prick. But they will empasise non-violence. I've always beleived martial arts should be taught in school gyms.
So once you become a master, ironacially, you're last resort will be to fight. Now, unless you have an evil master like in Karate Kid III, he will teach you thise.
Same goes with guns, owning one dosent mean your pro-violence or a killer, it just means you realize that in a last-minuteemergency you might have to take the ultimate last ditch effort to save your life when attacked..to kill.
So just make sure you follow all the gun laws in your state and take lots of training. There's nothing quite as amazing as firing off guns. My friend who works for the FBI in VA took alot of gun training at a gun range including machine guns and the like. She loved it!

Hey Kent I have been to Norway, specifically Oslo, and I live in the United States. I would much rather live in Norway. The only thing kinda bad I noticed while there is an almost paranoid fear of Pakistani's and a prejudice against them.
What's so bad about them?
Also, europe in general charges way too much for Burger king and mcodnalds. Here in the US a mcdonalds Big mac meal runs you $3.15 and a burger king whopper meal is $3.89
And what's up with you guys still using styrofoam containers for the burgers? Doncha know its bad for the environment :)
The best thing about Norway? HOT GIRLS!!!!!!
I've also heard from people living in Norway that lived in england previously is that norweigans tend to come off as snobbish and uncaring. Oh well. I just liked all the polar bears running wild through the streets.
