  depression and why JW's don't reconize it

  well as you know unless you are an elders son or daughter generally jw's don't lift a finger to help all those ones feeling downtrodden and lonely.

  i felt like this from july 1994 to march 2000. i prayed to jehovah constantly for help to ease the loneliness, i begged the elders and even others.

  for a long time the only ones who would talk to me where the elderly ones(who i miss now since i left) i cried every night and felt after five years of being at meetings and feeling invisable (even though i was an auxillary pioneer) i decided that my life was worth fighting for.

  Welcome MEtheMC and ((((((((warm hugs))))))))I'm sorry for the sudden loss of your mother, and your own health problems...and then having to deal with the whole antisocial/sociopathic JW stuff, well, more ((((((((warm hugs)))))))). You're going through a lot and I hope you are able to continue getting therapeutic support along with the friendly and caring support you will get here.

  fingers of blame are always looking too point

  hi everybody i am mick_mcc son of greater_freedom he posted about the elders tried to drag him into a shotgun judicial meeting because they saw christmas lights in 2004. but what really upsets me is that my real mothers who was a jw put out decorations for thanksgiving and easter each year, and we put up some lights & decorations too accommodate the lady that moved in to help take care of our house & we are sinning!

  and my mother is the one that turned us in & is persecuting dad and myself.

  i think a lot of my dad because , after me and my brother's accident he stayed with me in the hospital until i was well enough to leave the hospital to attend rehab for my tbi(traumatic brain injury) that i suffered due to the car accident.

  For myself, I've always found a far richer spiritual outside the organisation than in. Even when I was a baptised publisher I found God more present in the forest and by the sea than in the kingdom hall or field service. May you find what you seek as well, and give to others along the way.

  hello, my name is bonnie, i will start by how i came "into the truth".

  my husband and i lived in dallas, tex in '72, of course we were not married at the time of our being contacted by a work friend of his, though they still befriended us and our families became close.

  soon, we were married and quickly thereafter, we were invited to the kingdom hall.
