I have one question,
You write about Harry Peloyan, I did a search on JWD, and learned he has passed on. You have mentioned somewhere, that there were others, in the writing department who fielded questions from victims of molestation especially after the Awake article on pedophelia came out. Two, you said, were demoted to menial tasks for showing too much sympathy which was a no, no, from the top down.
My question is,
Is there still a number of kind, symathetic people in Bethel who place the plight of the thousands of victims of molestation far above of whitewashing the tarnished image of the Watchtower?

If the Watch Tower GB have allowed someone to do a research project, the only subject that they would allow research on is the pedophile problem.
Barbara would not publicly draw attention to his name, if he did not have some recognition from the GB to hold a contrary agenda contrary to the WT pedophile position. He has their feet to the fire, and they dare not touch him.

it has long been the practise for hlc members to give occasional (usually annually) public & special talks and local needs items on blood & related issues at meetings.
these were often quite well organised with powerpoint presentations , handouts and open q & a session.. as of jan 2008 , the wts has written to all hlc members telling them that they can no longer do this & has written to bodies of elders telling them that they can no longer invite brothers to give talks , especially concerning the "advance medical directive document".. a hlc friend tells me that the wts apparently are further wanting to distance themselves from possible legal action and are also concerned that some hlc members are putting their own slant on the wts "conscience matters"..
Shunned Fathers court proceedings in Canada where he is suing the lawyers for giving his daughter religious advice rather than legal, may have something to do with it.
WT lawyers must be getting stretched out with all the case loads, now-a-days.

I have always been of the opinion that Big Brother always enrols sleeper posters on this board. They post from time to time with insignificant posts, then when some damaging stuff comes out that Big Bro needs counter action then they are in a position to fire. They are like advance scouts in warfare.
