  Any ideas for a Home Business?

  hi everyone, i know this has been brought up before.

  but i was just wondering, do any of you know of any home business, with an easy start-up, legit, and a nice little income earner.

  i am finding it tough, i am raising 2 teenage boys and my rent has gone up alot, starting dec. 1. .

  Thanks everyone, the medical typing from home has always interested me. But now all I have is a laptop that keeps crashing. I would like to sell on E-bay, but what is a good seller now? Something in arts and crafts, that interests me. That would be interesting. Hmmmm And no I do not want to do tupperware or multilevel, I am not good at recruiting...lol. I am going to check out jnat's suggestion....Thanks everyone.

  Meanwhile, I have joined Community Kitchens and it is just great. We cook alot and then freeze it up.

  And yes, my boys have to get a job, if they want any extras at all, they have to do that.

  I am shocked at what he wrote!!!!! I dont even have words to describe how I feel, nor what kind of a jerk is he. He better hope nothing like this happens to any daughter that he may have!!!!

  Why is the Watchtower Society so cruel to teens?

  my mom just informed me that a 17 year old has been disfellowshipped at her hall.at least 7 others have been kicked out within the last 5 years.the publisher count is only 56 .why do they let the teens get baptized so young?

  i was 14 and only got baptized because of pressure and the end was coming.if you weren't baptized you would be destroyed.. why don't they wait until everyone is at leat 21?

  all these teens haven't come back and you won't ever see them unless they return.i haven't seen my cousin in over 2 years.no one went to his wedding,isn't invited to any family functions and is to be avoided at all costs.. the watchtower society should be ashamed that they act that way and the parents let them get away with it..

  I totally agree, there is no activities for the kids, except to go out in service. When you attend other churches you see how they have so much going for the kids. My friends 17 year old daughter had the opportunity to go to mexico and help the orphans for a week. What a great experience that must have been for her. All the elders did with my kids, is make them feel bad and unwelcome. I wish I did not put my kids through this. They missed out on alot.

  Hear Hear...I belong to the lonely hearts club too. Its pretty hard these days to meet someone when you work full time and raising 2 teen boys...<sigh>, but everyone, lets not get too down, someday, somewhere someone will cross our paths...Right???How about starting Lonely Heart Pen Pal Club??

  Oh yes, I got love bombed and then I got baptized. After that nothing...thats why I left. I soon saw it was not genuine...ahhh well what can you say...I am just sorry I fell for it...lol

  i was 8. baptized: in 2002. i was 17. stopped being a dub: mentally, 4 years ago.

  Finding My Father (help)

  thanks to everyone that sent links to search for my father.. i have found a man with the same name, born in the same month and year, in a town next to where we lived the last i saw him.

  there is an address and phone number connected with the name.

  he is in florida.. the telephone number gives the name of the company the phone is listed with.. i can find the address on mapquest but do now know if this is a number for a business or residence.

  Hi Purps, I just read your post. What I did a few years ago in trying to find my dad, was I wrote to old age pension. I asked them if they could contact him and forward my address to him and they did. Does your dad get any kind of pension through the government? If so, this may be a way to contact him. Or maybe write a letter to the company, in confidence of course, asking if they would be of any help. Just a thought purps, good luck in trying to find him. I wish you the best.

  i don't know where to begin to say what is all bottled up inside me.

  i may need to be on another forum, but i have come to respect the posts and input of so many here, and trust.....so it may be jumbled, and may take starting a few topics to fully get it out.. i have already posted about my youngest brother committing suicide.

  i have another brother also.. my mother divorced my father i am guessing when i was five or six.

  Purps, I am so sorry that you are going through all this. Like the others said, your mom is in denial. Please reach out for help like jnat suggested and pray lots for the answers. I admire you that you are trying to find a way to help your family. Stay strong and just do your best.
