Antibiotics for a virus? And what's a sure-fire fix for nausea?
by somebodylovesme init started thursday with a nasty cough.
friday morning, i felt like crap and was coughing up crap so i went to the doctor.
he told me i have bronchitis (yayyy) and prescribed both an antibiotic and a cough syrup with codeine (that puts me to sleep).

So sorry you are ill :( Nausea is the worst! I find for me that Meclizine works really well to help quell it. You find it in the travel sickness section at the drugstore. I know for sure that CVS carries it. Hope you feel better very soon.

Did You Know Any Particularly Weird Witnesses???

you know, the type that you used to run away from when they would approach you to say hello in the kingdom hall.
i know of one strange guy that looked like a pervert/child molester.

Very well actually. Many of the elderly in our hall were part of an extended family and lived with, or next door to their children. Those who were ailing, who didn't have family close by had a lot done for them by pioneers, and others in the congregation. I guess my congregation wasn't all bad

I think the craziest thing I ever used to do, looking back on it now, was riding down the rapids of a local creek on my butt, sans inner tube! My brothers and I used to do it all the time. It was great fun at the time, but I think if my kids ever tried to do that I'd have heart failure LOL. My boys are only 8 now. God help me deal with the trials and tribulations shortly ahead of me!!!
