  I got married yesterday!

  i've been posting on here for four years now, and so much has changed in my life.

  everything seemed to be going wrong then, but time has done wonders and things are real good now.

  lots of people on the board helped and supported me through that, as well as new non-witness friends that i made.

  as many of you know, i've been writing letters to family members telling them how damn stupid i think the gb is; providing proofs of all their comedic gaffs (building mansions for prophets and the like) including some of their most outlandish quotes-which i know all of us can remember verbatim.

  spurned on by mary and others in this site, i've decided that i will try a new ploy.

  my family reunion is every labor day and i've decided to wear a tee shirt to it with russell, rutherford, and franz's images on it... i will include images of a pyramid, beth sarim, on the front and 607?

  my disfellowshipped buddy (his second time) is going through a rough spot.

  he is on his way to his second divorce, he is facing multiple felony counts and one misdemeanor stemming from his chemical imbalance-and-asshole attitude-influenced rage.

  he's on disability at 29 years old, but the payments can't cover his mortgage and other bills since his wife left with the children, one of which is not his, since she cheated on him during the previous separation.

  Edited to add this: Perhaps the reason he's fighting the facts is because being in the predicament he is in, he doesn't want to ignore his indoctrinated belief about Jehovah. It would be another loss for him. He's probably hanging on by his finger nails right now.

  Perhaps he needs more "honey"? Catch more flies that way..... just a thought.

  Since I haven't been around for 14 years outside of a short stop in the Hall for a public talk and WT study - by the way I left early...... sounds to me that they are becoming more disenchanted and more robotical just to hang in there. No vibrancy left. Not like it used to be decades ago.

  I think for the most part, people are just hanging on and waiting for the promised End.....

  I feel a lot more are going to call it quits.
