After watching Michael Jackson play Jeseus at the Brit Awards a few years back I would only go if a) Trump payed for Crump and b) Jarvis Cocker (Pulp) was the support act!

by freedom96 indonald trump and some others have a vested interest in some casinos in vegas.
trump has expressed some interest in having michael jackson perform at one of the casinos.
he has back peddled some, but still, it gives an interesting idea.. i would imagine it would be quite a show.. the question i have for you is, would you go see it?

when you were babtized and dedicated did you feel a void?
by swiftbreeze inthis has always troubled me:.
i was studying to be babtized although i was raised around the "truth" i still had to have an official study.
so i was taught that i had to go to jehovah in prayer stating my desire to be dedicated and babtized.

How do you know when your spouse is cheating on you?
by Thegoodgirl inokay, i know this is personal, but i kind of like the annoninimity of the board versus asking my friends who are all also friends with my husband.. my husband went out of the country with a group from work this weekend.
i was supposed to go but had to cancel due to other stuff.
it turned out only 4 ended up going, my husband, a guy, and two women.

(((((((goodgirl)))))))) you are a kindred spirit! Look out for my frantic posts next Friday night - LOL! We just got to be balanced about it girl, but its cool to have someone who has the same issues and thinks they originate from the same place.
I'm so glad your man is innocent, just make sure he knows for next time you do not tolerate room sharing for the opposite sex!

Well I should elaborate - there is a reason for it. He has to pick his daughter up in the morning which is an hour long drive from where we live, but the journey will be cut 20 minutes if he stays over. Also because everyone else he works with (he is the boss) who also live very close are staying over because the company are paying for it. If my company offered to put me up in a hotel I'd go for it even if it was next door! So I am trying to rationalise mecurious!

GET INTOUCH WITH YOUR FAMILY DAY
by tijkmo in.
there has been a number of discussions lately about not just accepting being shunned by family so i was thinking why not set aside a yearly day to get in touch with family...send a card, text, email to parents and siblings etc not saying anything controversial...just being nice..saying we miss them we love them and anytime they want to meet or write or visit they would be more than welcome..it other words dont treat them like they treat you..do you think that it is a good idea...if so reply here but also spread the word.....if this has been suggested before please excuse me...im new to the world.
lets make it 10th of may every year...dont think there are any other holidays on that date

I'm up for this. I always send my parents an anniversary card each year without fail. But I was thinking that I do want them to know what I am up to and I love writing letters so I will once a year give them an update letter - chatty, natural and normal. Maybe at some point their own freakishness will become apparent to them! I will just ignore their shunning and write anyway.
The only thing I can't promise is to use the 10 May date - I want to write to them after my holiday in Canada (not of course to gloat or anything - just to show them that I am getting on with my life - enjoying the earth now, not waiting for it to be transformed into a paradise full of Stepford Dubs!)

New UBM (UnBelieving Mate) tip of the day: Build Trust With Cult Idenity
by Check_Your_Premises inhey all.. any who have read my posts know that i am using steven hassan's, releasing the bonds to help me free my wife from the borg.
one of the most important steps for a loved one of a cult member is to build trust with their loved ones cult identity.
i have found it difficult at times to keep bringing up the org to my wife all the time.. i came up with a new angle.

Woman abducted 10 years ago in Oklahoma found alive in Texas...
by TresHappy ini remember this story being profiled on "unsolved mysteries" some years back...it was profiled again on america's most wanted and bingo...another mystery at least partially solved!
the wife of a deputy prison warden who vanished 10 years ago with an escaped killer told authorities after she was found that he had held her captive the whole time, a federal agent said tuesday.
a tip generated by the tv show "america's most wanted" led law enforcement to a mobile home in campti, texas, where escaped convict randolph dial was arrested monday, said salvador hernandez, special agent in charge of the fbi in oklahoma.

If you mean by true friends - have I met them yet? Then I would have to sayno. But have i met people I haven't spoken to for years - like 18 years and renewed friendships then definitely yes. I Lurbve the net! Smoochy smooch!
But I also think I have met some true friends who have given me a wealth of advice on everything via sites and I talk to several times a week. No I haven;t met them yet - I'm a little shy. I feel I can be very open here.
