  usually ,i look over at the profile and i can let it slide if the person is from sweden or something and english is a second language.

  she is in the hospital, and will be there for a least a week.

  she can still think clearly and converse.

  i called today, then emailed my resume and they asked me in for an interview tomorrow - and if i'm accepted - i start on monday for six weeks paid training.

  for those who know me, this is huge.

  this job would take me off of social assistance just like that.

  I am sitting here at work bawling my eyes out. No one protected me when I was a child, no one told me that it was not my fault. No one stood up for me. I used to have fantasies that my father would one day have enough and stand tall and roar to everyone "Enough! You can't treat my daughter that way!" He never did.

  Bill, seeing that picture of you standing in the KH and fearlessly facing everyone brought that memory crashing down. Finally, someone cared enough to stand up for me and the thousands like me. Thank you!
