I believe Satan probably exists, but I believe God is dead if that makes any sense. I have been doing some research on that topic lately, but no one seems to really know.

Still religeous?

I'm not any religion right now. I despise Christianity in all forms. I doubt I will ever belong to any religion again. That being said I am currently exploring Wicca, and find it to be very interesting and quite possibly it may be something I do in the future. That's a tough decision though. I really have no belief in God anymore and if Jehovah is God, well I hate him so I'm screwed anyway. I just don't feel a need to worship anything anymore.

Don't worry because what goes around comes around we can live comfortably when they are being persecuted for worshipping a false God. About 1 year ago I gave a wedding talk for my friends disfellowshipped mom. In that talk I had to read a couple scriptures out of the Bible for her. I thought I was going to burst into flames or something as I read them. I despise Christianity in all forms now, and felt like a sell-out as I was reading the verses. After I was done I grabbed myself an ice cold Coors Light, and took the Bible ripped it up and threw it in the trash. That was the last time I read or held a Bible.

Sorry if I offended anyone on my little tirade, but I was mad when I read that. I don't take people's crap too well anymore. Danny, if you meant no offense then I'm sorry. However, it just seemed like you were trashing my comment when it was simply meant to say that over the past couple years I have found true pride in believing in this country. I now feel more like a part of this country then I did before. I love the sound of the "star Spangled Banner" as it is played before sporting events, or an olymplic medal ceremony. I always felt a sense of pride, and now I'm not afraid to embrace it. And that's what this country is truly about.

O.K. I'm scrolling through this thread, and I come across Dannybloem dissing my comment about being proud to salute the flag. Like I said, I don't always agree with all decisions made by the country. Who does? However, I am now a proud American who supports his country. I think that's enough said. It pisses me off when I make a comment on a topic and somebody has to act like a jerk about it.
I spent 25 years in a mind control cult like most of you on here. A lot of my viewpoints have changed on matters pertaining to this country. I am proud to put my trust in a country who does what it can to protect it's people. I always felt a sense of patriotism, and was always told how bad that was. Now that I think for myself, and make a simple comment somone has to be a prick about it. I suppose this is the land of the free, and some people use their freedom of speech to be stupid. And that's all I have to say about that.

Emotional tension release
by greendawn inwhen you feel emotionally tense how do you release the tension?
by laughing, socialising, playing computer games, or some other way?
for me it's humour really funny ideas come to mind and make me laugh a lot, also by doing some sport such as swimming, listening to nice music and of course by socialising.

I like to listen to dark music, and write lyrics. My favorite is when I have band practice on days where my emotions are all over the place, I usually sing awesome on those days.
