OMFG I forgot about this...
by Mastodon ini forgot this cooky thing that i wanted to share with y'all.
my mum has a pet dwarf rabbitt...she puts a tie on the rabbitt and takes him door to door and to the bible studies....maybe she's compensating because i left the dubs...it all sounds like she is not playing with a full deck, it's funny and kinda sad at the same time.

ha ha GBL! I feel sorry for your mom if she feels the need to do this, also sorry for the householder that has to keep it in when they see the rabbit. hg

Out of context Watchtower quotes -- join in, have fun!
by AlmostAtheist inthe watchtower is constantly pulling quotes out of context and distorting the original author's meaning.
why not give them a taste of their own poison?
here's a few to get you started: .

need to vent - just got off phone with mom
by jaredg inman i hate the predicament that this religion has put me in.
i love my mom so much and to hear her cry is the worst thing in the world.
it's so frustrating when she thinks that things are so bad b/c i'm dfd.

Hi jared, keep up with your mom, let her know that she means the world to you, but that you have your life to live. If you keep up with her she'll most likely come around.
I gave up on my parents, and now I regret it. Haven't had a normal or decent conversation with them in 4 yrs. I miss it, plus they don't get to see their grandkids either, which gyps both kids and grandparents. So don't give up!!!!
Lots of hugs! Heatherg -

You know you're a JW when....
by Preston inyou know that d.c. isn?t the capital where the president of the united states lives .
a pioneer isn?t an 1800?s historical figure who traveled the west.
the majority of books in your parent?s bookshelf have years on them.

In H.S. biology you had to write a paper disproving your teachers thoughts on evolution, just because your elder dad said so.
Having to sit in the library for all in-school dances.
Only getting to wear thrift store clothing, because we wouldn't want to draw attention to ourselves. Think it backfired.
Getting a menial job that only paid enough to put gas in your car to haul everyone around in field service. Only to be given the occasional dollar for support from your passengers. -

My hubby and I wanted it to be small and fun. We spent only $2,000 on our wedding which we paid for ourselves. Family members chipped in small ways by making our invitations, and making food. My bridesmaids dresses were only $70 bucks apiece and were the kind of dress you could wear again somewhere. I let them pick out their own shoes or wear what they had, no one was gonna look at them anyway. And I paid for hair to be done, and we each did each other's makeup. It was a lovely simple wedding in a church that was nondenominational so only cost a few bucks. At our reception we had a friend DJ and everyone brought their favorite CD's. Three other family members got married the same year as us and spent way more, but everyone said that ours was the nicest and most fun they had had at wedding. I wish I could do it all over again my hubby and I had such fun! hg
