  I phoned London Bethel re Michael Porter / sex offender

  i rang london bethel and asked to speak to someone about the recent case in the british press about a jw child sex offender.

  the lady at reception asked if i was a witness.

  i replied that i can't see what that has got to do with it i just would like to ask some questions.

  Lying is not a disfellowshpping matter if it has not done any damage and there was no malicious intent

  What about the scripture that says Jehovah hates a liar? If Jehovah hates something, seems like it would be a difellowshipping offense.

  Look at all the issues you can be disfellowshipped for and they are not even in the bible!

  my husband got a call on his cell phone.

  an elder from the local kh told him he would like to get with both of us.

  he said he was just getting in touch with the local people in his cong.

  I've worried about getting the same kind of phone call It's been about 2 years since I quit going--I'm beginning to think that I was never important enough in the first place ( not a pioneer, husband not an elder, never answered too much, not out in service too often) Hopefully they will go on ignoring me! YES!
