  a couple from the uk, international construction volunteers, were living in a trailer whilst building a translation facility in mozambique.

  a gang attacked them with machetes and stole everything they owned.

  the couple were flown back to the branch in south africa.

  Stealth:

  I will never forget when on a cold snowy winter day a homeless person walked into the Kingdom Hall saying he was hungry.  I saw two elders approach this man, said we don't have any food, turn him around and send him back into the cold with instructions to go to YMCA.

  I wonder if they told him that they are the only 'true' Christians on earth before they threw him back out in the cold.

  well, it's christmas eve afternoon here now in the uk.. traditionally a time when all the panic shopping is over, what's done is done, what you've forgotten you've forgotten, time to raise a glass (or two) and relax.. so may i wish all members/readers/posters a very happy xmas, whether you celebrate it or not, and extra 'get up and go' for 2015.. best wishes to all.. .
