  Great post Ezekiel !!!!!

  Since I no longer am one of the 'deserving ones' the WTBTS sends info to, I copied and pasted to make hard copies for distribution later. You know 'keep on proclaiming' and all that.

  What an eye opener for the dubs who can see for themselves (not that many will really believe it in their mindless pursuit of a paradise) how they even flip flop on producing the Asleep when the mood strikes them or their fat pockets start emptying out and they have to dig deeper into Jehovah's resources to keep providing the spiritual food for the uninformed masses.

  WT-1-1-05 Study Article-New Light?

  i noticed in the article that was studied on sunday february 13, 2005 an interesting point.

  at least interesting to me.. paragraph 15 states in part: " they acknowlege that riches can make life comfortable, but they know the wealth does nothing for their everlasting future".

  please note the use of the term everlasting future (like after a ressurection), and not everlasting life are used.

  There is just a couple of little problems that Jehovah's Witnesses face should the Governing Body of Jehovah's Christian Witnesses decide that faithfulness until death to the organisation will result in a resurrection into a Paradise of everlasting life.

  All active Jehovah's Witnesses should ask themselves the following:

  What if.....

  Jesus was right when He said He is The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him and not an organisation such as the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses or the Pope of the Roman catholic Church.

  What if...

  The Bible accounts are correct in that those who deny the Christ will be denied by Him. Denial includes refusing to accept the free gift of everlasting life He provides to all those who put faith in Him. You do not have to place magazines or report Field Service to the WTBTS to have this free gift of life. This does not mean being faithful to a book publishing company that relegates everyone volunteering to increase its profits to a status lower than the hierarchy. Even the other so called 144,000 are in a position that was afforded concubines such as Rizpah in ancient Israel as they have no voice in the day to day activities of the headquarter staff in Brooklyn, New York.

  What if....

  You set aside the publications of the WTBTS and read only the Bible and let it interpret itself for you. You may then realise that what the WTBTS has been teaching for many years is not what the Bible actually says. You at least owe it to yourself to compare what the Bible says to what the WTBTS says ans also its record of prophesying events which have failed to be realised.

  We Should Go On The Offensive Against The Elders That Come After Us!

  instead of allowing the elders to run roughshod over us, i think we should start thinking of how to get to them before they try to impose their will upon us.

  some may not care if the elders and society suddenly went after us.

  but just out of principle, we should not let them do anything they want to us in their shunning treatment.

  Great thought Rebel,

  I my state it is legal to tape a phone conversation if one party is aware that it is being recorded. I have 3 such tapes. One with Bethel, Brooklyn, N.Y. one with the P.O. at my former place of worship and another with a local elder at my former place of worship. Both elders agreed that it would be improper, according to the manual "Pay Attention To Yourselves And To All The Flock", for a Jehovah's Witness to affiliate with the United Nations for any purpose whatsoever. To do so would immediately be considered as disassociating oneself from Jehovah, Jesus christ and the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. I am waiting for an appropriate time to have these recorded telephone discussions made public. It appears that, from all available evidence and information I have in my posession regarding the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society's changing doctrinal positions during the past one hundred years, the time for releasing these discussions I have had with legally appointed representatives of the Watch tower Bible and Tract Society is drawing very close at hand.

  Where is their Love?

  a couple of days ago i ran into a jw at my job at walmart.

  she is a single lady around 50 years old and she looked terrible.

  i asked how she was,(she always talks to me) and she related how she had lost her job and had to work two low paying jobs.

  What I fear most is that the 'loyal to the organisation' Jw's are not only losing out in this life by shunning, being too busy 'preaching the WT kingdom', and other 'spiritual interests' instead of following the example of the Jesus of the Bible and showing genuine love and affection for their families and fellow man; they are also going to wake up too late and lose the crown of everlasting life that is promised to everyone who exercises faith in Christ by giving their devotion and loyalty to an organisation instead of to the One who it rightly belongs. Maybe they don't realise that Jesus meant it when he said that He alone is The Way, The Truth and The Life and No One comes to the Father except through Him. All we can do is keep praying for each and every one of them to see that their allegiance to the WTBTS and it's teachings are harming them spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically and that only by a personal relationship with Jesus are they ever going to find true peace and security.

  JWs at My Door - and the Answer to a Prayer

  this happened almost three years ago, but since i always enjoy reading about other people's jw encounters, i thought i'd finally share one of my own.. i lived in an apartment for four years following my disfellowshipping and no one had ever come to my door, not even so much as a shepherding visit.

  ) i had lurked on this board for a while, but was put off by the anger and negativity of some people and so i didn't stay long.

  Kudos to you, hemplover!!!!!

  That has to be the best experience I've read. This can't be a circuit assembly fairy tale because it is signed with your name.

  You should send that in to the WTBTS so they can add it to the 'good call' experiences at the assembly. Such upbuilding encouragemment it was for me. My spirit is already beginning to soar to unheard of heights. I'm positive all the brothers will want to hear how your questions were taken care of, you came to one meeting and repented, got baptised again at the next and now you are pioneering and can't verify anything the FDS is feeding you. How exciting!!!!!

  it was my experience when a jw that many focussed their lives around...having good holidays...having nice cars (some with private plates)...having perfect houses etc etc.

  it all seemed very materialistic to me.

  totally the opposite to what was being preached from the platform.

  They're Coming to Take Me Away!!!

  am i to expect with all the adjustments regarding new rulings of da'd & df'd all falling within the same category that there is to be a cleaning house of the ones who are inactive and are no longer meeting attenders.

  i just got a knock on my door from a brother who's been trying to get me to activate my study and go back to the hall, though this time he seemed to have a new urgency about the situation.

  is there something going on that i should be concerned about?

  False Light....
