  Ladies - how often should you wash your hair??

  i've cut my hair washing from every 2 days to every 4 days and this week, i've left it 7 days.

  it's been growing much better and is in great condition!

  any tips for growing your hair lush and lovely?.

  As little as possible, usually 3x a week. I have curly hair, so it's naturally dry. I have to add oil to my conditioner and styling products.

  Nikki and innerpeace, do you know about this book? I highly recommend it. Do the things she suggests, even if they sound ineffective. It's pretty shocking how right she is, especially about sulfate-free shampoo, styling products, and not interfering with the curl pattern.

  If you are thinking about "Stepping Down" you better do it QUICK!

  the new arrangement for co's to handle deletions (and appointments) means you no longer will be able to give your friends on the body an excuse and step down.

  you will have to answer to the co and most likely have a long uncomfortable chat about everything with him in order to step down.

  so if you have been thinking about stepping down, you need to do it quick before the new arrangement..

  Maybe it's just me...but I'm thinking telling a different person you're stepping down...big whoop. The authority the CO has is a religious belief. If a person no longer holds those beliefs, then it really doesn't matter if you have to deal with someone who's achieved 1 additional Thetan level. But then again, I suppose someone who's at the point of stepping down may not have purged these myths from his head yet.

  my sister recently went back to the witness religion and has a precious 4 year old boy.

  he is the most adorable little boy, as all children are at that age.

  i respect my sisters decision to go back to the religion, i cringe and don't like it but it's her decision to make.

  Of course, you can behave in a respectful manner, without feeling respect for a horrible choice that will ruin her and her innocent son's life, along with those they convert and their future generations. It could also kill all of those I mentioned.

  TVP has almost no flavor so I can't imagine why anyone would dislike it. You can flavor it any way you want to. For me, it's not a "substitute for meat", it's a healthy, good tasting food that I enjoy. I can eat many of my childhood favorite foods without the meaty flavor, i.e., breakfast sausage with the nice maple and spicy flavors.

  There are a lot of myths about soy. Soy does not contain estrogen.

  studies in humans have not shown harm from eating soy foods

  Like others said, if his goal is to ventilate his own anger, then I guess he accomplished that.

  If he's trying to wake people up, then that behavior is counterproductive.

  Sometimes people aren't honest with themselves about their own motives.

  i was curious what might be some good things to say if i am questioned by the elduurs about my decline in fs.

  anything too honest may get me a jc (although that would be for the best in the end..) the co visit is this week so they may be getting more agressive than usual.

  Working through your anger is work you do yourself, on yourself.

  It's work you're doing to heal yourself. Trying to change other people's minds doesn't heal what's inside of you.

  It's not the personal fault of some random stranger responding to your email that you went through what you did. The individuals who are responsible, are the only ones responsible.

  I totally get the practical joke thing as being healing (see my previous posts on the subject). I don't get summoning unsuspecting strangers to your home...
