Why don't you put in your book the pictures from the "Flock" book that Ritchie stole? :D That's a good idea! Devot a special chapter to it like what Ray did with his 2 books. :)
You should definetly mention the problems they have with pedophilia and record keeping and the fact that hardly anyone gets baptized at conventions. Bring some of the stories here into your book on that subject. Talk about randcam -- things not in Ray's books.

I'm thinking of writing an article. (thinking about what happened to Richie
by JeffT ini have yet to get published, but i'm tired of being an accounant and i'm trying to get a writing career started (i'm well into a series of novels).
getting some smaller pieces of one sort or another would help.. i think an article on jws, control and shunning might have some potential.
the question to richie about contacting his elders got me started thinking about this.

I saw a similar story in a local newspaper. And they showed a picture, color picture. :) :D He made me think they look like politicians (or business people) with the suits they wear! I wonder if they have ever thought of that themselves? -

i know i am going to cop it because i like the new world translation -- i have done a lot of research on it, and don't come to the same conclusion as nearly everyone else and think it's automatically bad just because it's done by the jw's.
doesn't mean i am pro-catholic because i like their bibles too...

Oh thanks IW... But do you or anyone else know who did the recordings? The voices of all the books of the Bible. I would love to know. I had no idea that Raymond Franz had recorded his and then redone with someone else.
British or American accents are fine with me! :) -

You are in the "adusting your tv reception" stage... it's a bit hard to see at the moment. THIS IS WHERE US REPAIRPEOPLE come in with our blue collars and help you get "digital TV" so much better than analog huh? There are a lot of people on here that were J dubs and a lot of books you can buy...
Yeah, why go in a year? The alternative shortcut road route is always available! :D ;) You may have to detour along the way because people may stop you. I don't know your circumstances. -

Why can't they give extra finance to the Nigerian people so they can have THE EXACTLY THE SAME assembly hall as what Australia and US JW's have? That makes a lot of sense! :| they are like "oh, who cares about these people?" (cry.)

Is that true? Love to know who's voices those people are!!! One of them had a London style accent, another has a "archaic American accent" and the guy who reads out Matthew has the most amazing voice, even though he might be a GB memeber.
