Oops! sorry about that, i wanted to know what is the next book for the book study (heh heh). I have heard it was going to be the book titled
"what the bible really teaches" or some such blather. The sisters I over heard talking about this in a restaurant were so inthralled with it that I almost upchucked right there. Talk about the truly brain dead. They had both been jdubs for 30 plus years and should already know that they have heard nothing but bulls**t from the society. The new books are simply "cut and pasted" from older editions or information. nothing new in years has come out. The Isiah 1 and 2 were also bulls**t every little thing pointing to the GB or Witnesses. makes one ashamed to be around people of such stupidity. -

How do you feel about people on government assistence?
by free2beme infor a long time, before working with people in this situation, i would have answered this question with .... "i feel for them and i know how degrading it must be, to come to this point in their life to have to depend on the government to sustain them" .
... once i got up close and personal with these people, i have learned that my answer only applies to a small group of those on government assistance.
well from my experience, those on government assistance are more often about taking advantage of the system, then they are about actually being in need of help.

I happen to know of four families that are on welfare. and dont really believe any of them need it, three are sisters with two kids each and they haven't worked in years and don't even try, they are pioneers, and believe that jehovah provided the welfare so that they can be in the full time ministry. I am not kidding talking to them is like talking to and trying to make sense out of the wall's responses. There isn't any intelligibile response from a wall and not from them either. One brother hasn't workd in 15 years his wife drives a cab to try and make money on the side he is lazy, and the very model of a Jdub holier than thou attitude, his two boys are no grown and both have been in jail due to having a mix up with the law over drugs and from last info I got from him they are both not working, like father like sons I guess at least in their case.

Seems as if gods wrath wa only on those who didnt have or didn't own a lamb and those who didn't have the time to kill, dress, skin and spend a good part of the day cooking it. I have never cooked a lamb, but have roasted a pig on a spit and it literally takes hours and hours and for them to be in a hurry come on now. This b.s. just doesn't fly. supposedly 3,000,000 or around that left Egypt so take 7 people per family and there has to be 428,571 lambs killed this in and of itself defies logic, so this b.s is just another of the many myths the WTBTS has.

Wife feeling guilty over blood issue

for wome reason she is feeling guilty about it.
why she is feeling guilty i don't know she tried to explain it saying she is .

well wife returned from field service, she was doing rv's with two sisters and they had two of the elders riding with them, She didn't
tell me she told them, so I guess she didn't. I think she tries to use I am going to tell mommy (the elders) if you don't come to
your senses (crawl back to the borg and be mindless) but it doesn't work on me, I told her go ahead and tell them I am past the
point of giving a damn but remember when they disfellowship me none of your friends will come to the house to see you any more
because i live here. So this is going to affect you too and in ways you haven't even guessed yet, you will in effect be treated like
you were disfellowshipped also, because people will think you are now tainted with the same brush. Sio go right ahead I won't have
to put up with any of them being in my house again.

The college issue is one that really shows that the society is scared silly of those who are taught to think for themselves and
to think and analyze what it is they are reading, hearing, and seeing. Unlike the society who just want you to let them do your
thinking for you. I know of several elders whose children are going to college and just a few years ago one of them for sure was
giving the congregation public talk and he pounded the congregation on the evils of a college education. What a hyprocrite, do
what he says, don't send your kids to college, while he is sending his. typical of this borg.
