JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa -- A Jehovah's Witness who would not allow blood transfusions for his comatose wife has been barred from making her medical decisions.
The man claimed their religion prohibited the sharing of blood.
Tawnya Nissen's father, Richard Reid Jr., sought temporary guardianship of his daughter and a Johnson County judge agreed.
Nissen, 28, of Clinton, will now be under the guardianship of her father until she can make her own decisions.
Nissen has been in a coma for about two weeks after a reaction to diet pills.
Doctors say her condition is improving but she may not be able to communicate for about six months.
The judge said she ruled against the husband in order to protect Nissen's life.

he couldn't stand for me to be online for any length of time because it might have interferred with him getting to scream, cuss and roar at telemarketers and slam the phone down over and over hard enough to break it.

whats the worst thing youve done during a meeting?
years ago, when i was a bit more wicked/naughty/younger than i am now, i thought i would take some drugs just prior to the meeting to see if it would make things any more interesting.
it didnt, but at least i enjoyed the kingdom melodies tapping my foot to the beat and bopping my head!!
After a night out on the 'gear' with Chuckie i went to the meeting... still feeling the effects... I was showing much love to my spiritual brothers and sisters that Sunday... Me with my heavily diluted pupils, the smell of chemicals seeping out of my pores acting completely sketchy... No one seemed to notice anything different which is the alarming thing. LOL.
i'm still running win95, and it has been good to me for the past 8 years or so.
unfortunately, it seems that win95 is officially becoming obsolete, especially with browsing the internet.
some websites require ie6 or newer, and win95 can't run it.. so, i'm thinking about getting a new computer, or even a used one that isn't too far behind the times.

my mom called last night to tell me he passed on sunday.
he died peacefully and fairly painlessly.
my mom said she was talking with him, went to answer the phone, and 5 minutes later he was gone.

just had to share this one with you.... i was offered a job on the next series of survivor, working with the cast and crew for 3 months during the shoot.
i thought i was going to have to turn it down because misspeaches wedding is in the middle of it, turns out, they might be able to give me work for 6 weeks instead of the full time, fingers crossed, that would be awesome!!
LOL yeah I can see it now 6 months after the wedding and chuckie is stillmoochingliving with thepissedoff;happy couple.......oh yes I do see an arse kicking in chuckies future!
