How come nobody told me about volume 7?!
by wannabefree inwhat the hell?.
i started reading coc a couple of weeks ago whenever i get a chane to hide out, i'm into chapter 7, great information.. last night i decided to listed to a couple of mp3's i found at freeminds.. if i wasn't sure already, they put the nails in the watchtower's coffin, especially gregerson's expose on his study.
similarly as gregorson, i too set out to try and boost my faith and prove to myself that i had "the truth".

Wannabee,
Can you post Ed Dunlap #2 again? I think it's just a repeat of #1.
Thanks,
Watson

Armageddon
by sayitsnotso ini'm beginning to have some doubts about my doubts.
this subject is one of them.. many argue that it is unfair, unloving, and unjust for god to destroy 99.9% of all mankind at armageddon.
but didn't this happen before in the days of noah?

Not a "loophole." It's just so our God doesn't look so mean...

That is very true. In fact, I don't think that JWs currently teach only they will survive armeggedon, but only that the majority of mankind is not following the Bible, and as a result will not be pleasing to God. For those that don't have the opportunity to hear JWs in the preaching work, that is left up to God isn't it?
The light is getting vaguer and vaguer....
So if they come to the door, I should plug my ears and repeat..."mee, mee, meee!"

Read Ecclesiastes. I like the writer's take on a lot of stuff.

I look forward to every day! I like doing things. I laugh, cry, enjoy, suffer, share, receive, etc. We can hope all day, every day, but if we don't go out and do something with our lives, then yes, it's a waste. I spent the first 45 years of my life.....waiting. Done with that.
