  The Wedding.............

  as some of you know i am a wedding florist(side job) - just a few pictures of what i do.

  this is what i have been doing for the past couple months(planning part).

  this wedding took me a little over 35 hours to complete.

  Daily Text from JH and Minimus

  i lurk here more often than i post anymore but there is a commonality every time i log on.

  the daily text.

  at times these threads are the longest ones on the board until the next day when the topic is pulled from the daily text recycle bag or wherever it is they get them from, and prominently displayed on the active topics page in technicolor for viewers like you and me.

  As far as using JH and Minimus's names in connection with this, I don't get it. They both have been very good contributers to many post's and topics that have stimulated us .

  I dont get it either. Naming people and comparing their threads to picking scabs?

  you kind of get to a point where you know all the answers when you are a jw.

  you don't really have to research much more because its the same stuff they present over and over again.

  "jehovah's reminders" but i kind of looked forward to new light.

  i for one, would blindly trust just about anyone on this forum, just the fact of knowing that you already were a jw.. does this mean that jw's in general are better people or are we a very close bunch of people?.

  i got back to my hotel room at 8am my time - 2 am texas time.

  When's the last time you gave hell to someone?

  today i went to get an oil change at toyota and i get there and tell the clerk, i want a oil change, and thats all, nothing more, cause i only have 45 bucks on me and it costs 42 .. .

  so, the clerk says no problem, so wait for my car.......then i notice the mechanic is removing the wheel caps.....so i say hmmmm....and then he takes off the wheels and then i understand that he is rotating the tires.... so, once i pay and get in my car, the little sticker that they put on the windshield on the upper left side, has the date and mileage that i should have when i go back for the next oil change.

  well, they made a mistake there too, instead of putting 17,000 km for my next service, they put 27,000, so they got that wrong.

  a long time ago, my sister and her girlfriend came for a visit.

  her girlfriend wakes up and heads to the bathroom to brush her teeth.

  next thing you know she is screaming, followed by some upchucking!

  First impressions of Dallas

  hi all - well i got here a few hours ago.

  the flight started off well, but i got over greenland and suddenly got very ill - high temperature, and nausea.

  i called the flight attendants who moved to the back and in the process i fainted.
