  ants!

  after a recent spell of very warm weather several ant hills have popped up in the yard near the house and yesterday there were ants in the dogs food bowl inside the house.

  any suggestions?

  What do I do with the mouse now??

  i'm sitting here, typing with my left hand, because asleep in my right hand is a little mouse!

  found the poor thing in the driveway, it almost looked like it had a stroke, it seemed to be dragging it's left side, flopping around trying to move towards the grass.

  i didn't want the dogs to get it, so went and got my gloves, and scooped the poor thing up.

  I did the same thing as you. My cats got one, and i felt bad for it, so i put it in an empty tank. By the next morning it was on its back with his feet straight up in the air.........

  when i did janitorial work, i cleaned a law office.

  one night, as the owners were leaving, they told me that one of the attorney's, by the name of bill, was leaving to work for a different firm.

  for the next couple of months, though, i kept seeing this attorney there, working.

  Ghost of father-in-law?

  my wife who is a "lukewarm" jdub, told me yesterday that the pentecostals across the street from her mothers house, told her mother on thursday that they saw her father walk up to the side gate (looked like he couldn't get in), and then walked up to the front door, and then vanish.

  the only thing is that my wifes father passed about a year and a half ago.

  of course her jdub mother wouldn't listen to it, and my wife sort of made a light comment, probably to hear what i had to say.

  Well, if the bible is right, then spirits do exist, and can be brought out. My opinion, is that the bible says when you die your spirit goes back to god............but it doesnt say when. Maybe its possible that god said not to talk to the dead, so that their spirit does go directly back. And say if a family member dies, and you start talking out loud to them, and they hear you, they may not want to leave!!

  I would definately talk to my mom like a nut job when she passes away! I could tempt her with any type of gamling, and she rather do that than "go to the light!"

  MOUTHY NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS AND/OR SUPPORT

  our dear mouthy is really having a tough time right now and needs our support and/or prayers.

  as some of you may know, she's already lost 3 of her children in death and the other one to the borg.

  in the last couple of days, she's had to worry about her 2 year old great-granddaughter being in the hospital with an illness and yesterday, her daughter had a suspicious mole removed from her back and was told there is a lump in her breast which has to be biopsied.

  Is it appropriate for a stranger to comment on a woman's bruises?

  if you saw a woman in public, and said woman was a complete stranger to you, would you feel it's appropriate to discuss it with her (if you're concerned she is in an abusive relationship)?

  if you did, would it be appropriate to do it within earshot of others?

  and if she offered you an explanation other than abuse, how would you proceed?

  Proof of Fake Spirit Medium on Most Haunted

  i didn't know about this scandal until the last day or two.. derek acorah who stars as a spirit medium on most haunted, was set up recently.

  basically a skeptic on the show made sure that before he visited a venue for psychic investigation, he was given fake names of people who were supposedly attached to the property but who are now dead.. the fake names were anagrams of "derek lies" and "faker derek" etc.. he pretended to have a trance and said these false names as though they were coming from the spirit world.. here is the "proof":.

  We're actually having a little viewing party on June 1st for Most Haunted. Apparently they are doing a 7 hour live show. Mostly so we can yell at the TV and trash them.

  LOL, I'll join ya from here. I always thought he was a nut job. But yet I still get a kick out of watching it. I like the other ones........I think its A Haunting and Haunted? I had to laugh, on one of the most haunted shows.....for the FIRST time ever, they caught something odd on the tape, and wigged out......because they know they are a bunch of fakes!

  lmao... those are all VERY OLD magician gags that Harry Houdini debunked and reproduced a loooong time ago.

  I agree, alot of it can be done by anyone.........but the chair in the first video with the girl.......? That one has me wondering still.
