I know I would; I enrolled at uni for the first time ten years ago and failed probably due to the time I spent logged onto H2O at the library and pondering the seemed-to-be-earth-shattering info I was reading. (This sebtebce is testing paragraph formatting using new web browser).

No; I talk to my spouse.

What if the problem is with your kids? And the person you would normally go to is your spouse, but you disagree on how to handle the problem, then what?

i posted here a couple of months ago, or less.

my home computer crashed and they cracked down on messageboard sites at my work, so the work laptop was out.

plus, i just felt emotionally burned out and just didn't want to think about it anymore.

But seriously, love isn't whining about a silly incident, or using you to get out of bankruptcy. Learn that now or waste many miserable years; your choice.

well some here know my story,,after dfing, pretty bad,,,.

lets just say i went from an easy financial existance to immediate extreme poverty.

and being a mature female, that is harsh.

i dont post on here that often but look everyday.. i used to be an elder and left the witnesses 5 years ago.

my wife left 6 years ago.. in my opinion my wife and i have had the best 5 years of our lives because we have been married 28 years.. after 28 years of marriage she sent me a text you need to go home there is a letter on our bed.

in the letter she clearly states she has left me because she does not love me in the real way.

You can do better. Handle the humiliation and you'll be back.

I think my mom has a non JW boyfriend

my mom has been regularly mentioning a friend from work for a few years now.

he is always giving her things, and when she has went on cruises, she (strangely) had his watch with her (said he wanted her to know what time it was back home or something).

this guy is not a jw.

any suggestions on how to get her away from the WT grasp w/o shaking up her entire belief system? I don't agree with it, but I also think she could live with being a solitary :) I don't know how to get her from her knee jerk loyalty to the org to a simple faith in God that doesn't require her to proclaim the trinity or celebrate Xmas. Oh, and that wouldn't freak out her nice gentleman friend who seems to adore her.

This is the harsh method: encourage this relationship, and it could get her disfellowshipped! It's what it took to get me out. It's a win-win-win.

I so agree with you about lying! I found out he was using WT literature with my daughter (after I forbade it) and about lost my mind. So I said, if you are REALLY a Christian, all you need is the bible when you witness and I backed an elder into the same corner with that argument. Neither one could tell me that they HAVE to use their "bible aids" because it would have exposed them as non-Christians. Hmm.

Nice one.
