Bluebell--welcome to the forum! Yes you can even quote me, I don't mind.
My JW sister is a little nutty, I'm still waiting for some kind of revenge come-back from her. I hate that feeling of waiting for something negative to happen, and I'm not being paranoid--my non JW siblings have been also waiting for her comeback.

I think I'll pass, afraid I might have a panic attack. I took a mule ride down the Grand Canyon when I was a teenager--the trail was very narrow and the mules like to graze over the side of the trail--it was a little nerve wracking to say the least; I enjoyed it but don't think I'll do it again. LOL

update on my divorce situation
by depressed ini'm shocked!
if you remember my experience, in a nutshell, basically my ex-bethelite ex pioneer husband cheated on me with an older "worldly woman" from his job and left me suddenly.
i had no idea that we had trouble with our marriage, however, when i discovered the love letters from the other woman, he moved out, and a week after that, i received divorce papers.

Also--are you going to send the e-mail to his family? It would be interesting to find out who is lying, her or the so-called goody goody JWs.

Wow, it sounds like such a soap opera. Sorry for the situation, it sounds stressful. Is the other woman a JW?

To West C Elders of Jehovah’s Witnesses Religion:
Two of your church elders have been stopping by my home, and I wish for you to mark my address as a DO NOT CALL. I sent a letter of disassociation to a northern California Kingdom Hall and it was returned to me with a note from the post office that there was no mail receptacle. I assume my sister gave you my address to call on because I have not lived at this address very long.
I have not regularly attended a Jehovah’s Witness church in over 17 years. It puzzles me why no one called or stopped by to check on my spiritual welfare when I stopped attending your church, but now you are sending your representatives to condemn me for no longer wanting to be associated with your religion. I find that to be a very unChristian attitude, and definitely not the type of behavior that Jesus and his apostles would have displayed; but it is the behavior displayed by people of your faith all over the world according to many people I have spoken to about this issue.
I do not think you teach the so-called ‘Truth’, and I do not believe that the Watchtower Society is God’s representative on earth as you teach your members. I have learned a lot about the inner workings of the Governing Body at the Watchtower Society, and what I have learned surprised me since much of the information is hidden from the general population of your members. Also the foundation of your man-made religion is steeped in Pyramidology, Numerology, false prophetic dates, and a lot of superstitious nonsense; the older publications (which the Watchtower Society tries to keep this knowledge from their members) are full of nonsense about ‘miracle wheat’, blood being in immunizations—which was false, aluminum cookware being dangerous, and some Watchtower-owned mansion in San Diego which the Society taught was being saved for Abraham and David to live in after their earthly resurrection.
I could go on and on about many other subjects that have caused me to despise the Watchtower Society as an evil cult that brainwashes its members to be robotic-like followers who have no mind of their own, and teaching them that every time a belief or doctrine is blatantly changed—it is ‘new light’. Here’s some of the reasons I now have this attitude toward your religion: the Watchtower Society was a secret member of the United Nations for years—when it became known, they quickly withdrew their name and claimed it was a ‘mistake’; the doctrines/teachings on whether or not taking a partial blood transfusion or receiving an organ transplant has flip-flopped over the years, yet the thousands of members directly affected by either deaths in their families or being ousted out of their good standing in your church have never ever been acknowledged; thousands of victims of sexual abuse have been scorned by the church because there were not 2 eye-witnesses to the crimes and the abusers are not turned into the authorities and still have good standing in the congregations, at times victimizing even more members and/or their young children.
So please do me a favor and mark me as a DO NOT CALL. If you need to make a silly announcement about me being an apostate or some-such nonsense—you have my blessing.
Sincerely,
my name & address
