if they dig in and go after someone or something, they are relentless.. conversely, if they choose to ignore something or somebody, the public may never be aware of a matter.. i support freedom of the press and i think they should be applauded for their convictions.
on the other hand, perhaps more should be expected of them..

Question for some of the other gay posters
by littlerockguy inhave you guys seen the meme on facebook going around about "tim tebow vs jason collins" comparing tebow "bashed for professing christ" and collins "praised for homosexuality" and then at the bottom the scripture isaiah 50:20: woe to those who call evil good and good evil?
i have had a couple friends of mine post that on their wall and it showed up on my wall.
i don't care what they believe however it just bothers me that they didn't think that i would find it offensive.

I have had a longtime friend post that and a coworker post that and when I saw it I couldn't help but be pissed thinking what all I been through by so called "christians" and I unfriended my coworker. She had been off work due to minor surgery and is back at work now wondering why I unfriended her. I told her her post on faceook are too polarizing for me and I was pretty pissed for what she had done however we dropped the subject immediately since we usually don't discuss personal matters like this at work but Im sure she will want to bring it up again. I have been working at the same place for 10 years and never discussed my private life including my sexuality at work. I only told her because she confided in my that her son who also works in the same office just came out a year and a half ago and seeing that unfold between her and him at work even though nothing was said I knew what was up since I could tell he was gay. She finally told me in confidence about it so I told her I was gay to let her know she has more gay people involved in her life than she realizes and I thought it would help her put things in perspective with regards with her son.

Would you pay $600 for a demonic experience
by NewYork44M inat the very moment i signed oni saw the quote related to demonic experiences next to the $600 question about the stones.. given my desire to increase efficiency i thought it might be good to combine the topics.. i am very dissapointed that i have never had a demonic experience.
the fact that i don't believe in demons may have impacted my lack of experience.
however, i would never spend $600 to seen any group or person - even if they were naked.. so, how about you?.

Would you pay $600 to see The Stones?

the rolling stones is starting their tour this year in los angeles tonight and some of the floor tickets are as high as $600!!!
they were in little rock back around 2005 or 2006 and the most expensive ticket back then for their show was $300.

I can't believe the prices of concert tickets these days. The Rolling Stones is starting their tour this year in Los Angeles tonight and some of the floor tickets are as high as $600!!! They were in Little Rock back around 2005 or 2006 and the most expensive ticket back then for their show was $300. Fleetwood Mac is performing here in Little Rock tonight and I would LOVE to see them but the price of the tickets are not in my budget even though they are not expensive as the Stones. I remember back in 1998 and early 2000s I saw Elton John twice, once when he was in Little Rock and the other time he was in Memphis with Billy Joel and I remember I didn't pay over $40 for the tickets. Saw heart twice and I know I only paid around $30 or $40 something. I also saw other muscians like Keb Moe, Joan Jett, James Brown, Hootie and the Blowfish at Riverfests in Little Rock when the admission was around $10. The days of seeing good musicians at a decent price are gone.
