Well i had written up 30 or so questions for the elders. I made it very easy. Ther were mostly simple questions with yes or no answers. I wrote on the sheet that they only answer in yes or no answers. Questions like has the wts ever claimed to be a prophet and other questions like that. I had 2 essay type questions in the end. So my wife gave them to the service overseer of her cong last week and she asked him today about them and he said it was obvious i had gotten my questions from apostates. Annoying. So i guess they are willing to have someone come over and talk to me about the questions. WTF its not that hard i made it easy all yes or no questions no spin style. Oh well i might take them on here havent decided yet.

paradise earth vs heaven
by golden age ini was wondering on many web sites the statement that the jws did not believe in paradise earth until 1935 is found.
becasue apperently some new light came to rutherford in that year and it was announced at the washington dc convention at that time.
so why then did rutherford in the 1920s write the book that millions now living will never die and state that the old testament saints (abraham and isacc, ect) would not have and heavenly hopes and would once again live on earth.

I found this on the pr website. Does anyone have any knowledge about this? Its funny because they make it seem like they do this stuff all the time. I found this as one of 4 items from the past 5 years history under the title of humanitarian aid. One was about the congo and two were about Texas. Nothing about tsunami victims. Any thoughts on this?
For the southeastern United States and the Caribbean, the 2004 hurricane season was one of the costliest and most devastating on record. Long after their hurricane season officially ended, the process of rebuilding will continue.
As is often the case in such times of need, a Disaster Relief initiative was immediately organized by Jehovah's Witnesses to provide coordinated assistance, using the local congregations as a base of operations. For example, during the past year in Houston, Texas, over 700 homes were rebuilt or repaired following extensive devastation by the previous year's flood. At present, for areas affected by the four hurricanes that caused extensive damage and destruction, particularly in Florida, U.S.A., relief work has been progressing well. Of the 1,700 homes that Jehovah's Witness volunteers have scheduled to repair or rebuild, about 600 of them still need work.
All such national or international relief efforts are supported by the voluntary donations of Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide. -

Sorry I messed that up. Well I was on the official wts website and I noticed that there is a way someone can put in their name and address and have a bible study come to their house. I think it would be a great service to them if everyone went to the site and put the names of people you feel would benefit from having a visit! It would speed up the work of the dubs immensely!
