  Apostate or Godless?

  in the nwt, the hebrew word chaneph is translated as apostate.

  in all other bible translations that i have consulted it is translated as godless.

  apostate is not referenced at all in the hebrew dictionaries i have examined.

  We have that right to do this but a quick note. My partner in business is a very religious person and home schools his five kids. The other day his 13 year old boy asked what does that sign on the building say? I said you can read, YOU read it. Then later that same day as we were driving by a pre- school he asked his dad what the sign on the building said. Later I asked his dad if his 13 year old son could read he said yes!!!! So I asked him about his boy asking me and later asking him. I was told his boy really could not read yet but his boy was actually really smart and it would not be much longer before he would be able. My wife is a teacher and she hates it when home schooled kids get put back into the school system because they never are at the right level as they sould be. Yes some can read very well but to date none of them that has ever came back into the school where she works at is at the proper grade level in other subjects. VERY VERY SAD!!!

  Blood - A Balanced View??

  i think that rather than being completely anti-blood or completely accepting of doctor's decisions it is much better to remain guarded with regard to blood transfusions.

  although i recently rescinded my no blood amd, i want to find a way to document that although i will accept blood, my preference is to first work with plasma expanders and the like.

  today a friend of mine died.

  I am with you. I think that the DR"s use blood way to often. But If it was a life or death matter then yes use blood because their is no Biblical comand on us it was made up by the Society. If any read here believed that the bible is against the taking of blood put a message in my inbox and I will send you some reseach about blood that will remove these thinking form you taken only from the bible and Watchtower publications.

  the latest forbes magazine ( sept 5, 2005, pg 103) reports on a new technique that has gained fda approval - "teeth in an hour".. it's a product of nobel biocare and uses computerized tomography of the mouth, together with new software to generate a precise.

  stencil for implantation of titanium based teeth.

  the article reports that, yes, it can be completed in less than an hour and dentists.

  One of the things I do is I call the information desk of the Watchtower and with the other person on another phone (Thast woulde be you MOM) I ask the the Society if they did join as an NGO of the DPI. Then your mom can here it from the Society's mouth herself here is the Phone # *(845) 306-1100 This is the most effective way to make your mom believe.

  I have personnally done this many times and several people are now EX_MEMBERS

  Should The WTBTS Be Held Accountable?

  should the wtbts be held accountable for hurricane katrina relief donations even though they direct contributions be noted for 'world wide work'?.

  should they be reported to the us government and, if so, for what since they claim the donations will be spent where it will 'do the most good'?

  are they acting in a morally responsible manner by the way they are accepting donations for hurricane katrina disaster relief efforts?.

  Well what are you willing to do to save your family? Honestly it looks like it is going to happen. Alot of the Witnesses I know will rejoice as long as they are spared they have looked forward to it.

It can only stop itself now, lets pray it does. Many Scientist say that as many as 30% of the world population will die from this threat, at greatest risk is the very young and older populations. What are you willing to do if this really happens? I am ready to take my kids out of school and live like a hermit untill it passes. THIS IS the biggest threat that we today have ever seen. It is the same type of virus (H5N1) that wipped out millions in the past. Be smart and store up some food incase it hits.
