ok another chat i have tried to have with a witness, i heard that the wt has changed the 'understanding' on the rape issue several times, the witness i was talking to completely said it was false,.
i have no way of checking so wondered if anyone has the dates they changed from yes to no and back again so i can show them .

just thought i would pop in here to tell you all that i am 3 months pregnant!
it was quite a shock.
my husband and i have been married for 5 years.

it's not always like this i know but i'm wondering if life would be far easier for me and my wife if i just drew a line under all my efforts to maintain a relationship with my jw mother, brother and sisters.
all the rejection, judgementalism and condescension gets a bit much after a while.. how many here actually said 'goodbye' to their jw family and can honestly say they did not regret it?.
i wish i could be strong like lots of you guys, i'm on the brink of getting reinstated doing it totally because i cant live with hurting my family anymore and to be honest i'm scared i know it would be easier to stay dfed i have a bf i have no intenion of losing etc but i cant hurt mt family anymore tho i know i'm being stupid aas i want to leave when im reinstated AND KNOW THEY'LL STILL BE UPSET
GOD ITS CONFUSING and to be honest nic i agree it would probably be easier to break all ties .....i just know i couldnt do it!!

no i think they really believe it.they believe in it all,
yes there are maybe some that doubt that wonder where the end is, and maybe stay for family etc
but i've seen first hand how familys can cut their loved ones off and feel so hurt over it but why do they do it?? because they believe that 'it' is true they believe they are doing the best for their 'lost' ones, that they are going to die at armagdon if they dont try and ignore them to 'win' them back
twisted i know but i know my family believe it with all their heart and thats why its torn our family apart and i hate it,
and yes i do wonder sometimes how they keep going but as my mum said recently jehovah keeps them going thru all the hard times! (why can't they see the hard times are mostly caused by the stupid religons rules!!)
