I have real nails but I prefere artificial, they look really nice, especially with a French manicure, they're just not practical for my lifestyle though.

I love Christmas, its my favourite time of year, I love everything about it, and I make sure that I have plenty of lights up in the windows to annoy any witness who may be passing.

Are You Happy With Your Life???
by minimus inbasically, are you happily single, married, divorced, separated?
do you wish that your life could be happier?
do you believe that life sucks and then you die, anyway?
-
Ellie
I'm happy, I have a brilliant partner, a beautiful daughter and I'm expecting another baby this week so I have nothing to complain about, however, sometimes I do wish that I could stop letting my past drag me down, thats why I'm here, trying to work out why I feel the way I do sometimes.
No, I don't believe that life sucks and then you die, I believe life is what you make it.

I can't actually remember this happeneing but I'm told that when I was about 5 years of age I was taken by my school ( I went to a Roman Catholic school) to the local church, apparentely when I spotted the crusifix I became hysterical, had a real panic attack and the nun who was in charge had to call my mum to come and pick me up, apparentely I was screaming "Jehovah" over and over again.
Whats sick about this is that my parents were proud of me.

My partner gets a bit grumpy if I'm here in the evening, he'll remind me over and over that theres a programme on tv that I usually watch, or he'll say "Right, I'm going out" or just make up an excuse why he needs to use the computer, I asked him to help me write a post a few weeks ago, it was on a topic he knows a lot about and usually is only too happy to talk about but he told me he couldn't be bothered.
As a compromise I try to stick to coming here mainly in the day while hes at work, and I don't post much at weekends either.

Are you a fixer?
by jeanniebeanz inare you a fixer or a buyer?.
when i was a little kid, i mean from about four-years-old, i was fascinated with what made things tick.
mom knew better than to leave me alone without something really interesting to figure out.

You sound like my boyfriend, hes a fixer too, infact my house is constantly cluttered with other peoples junk that he is fixing for them.
His mum told me how when he was a kid he made an actual working lawn mower out of mechano, also a device for switching light switches on and off.
Its quite a talent actually and hes saved people so much money, and it keeps him out of trouble.
To his horror I'm the opposite, if it doesn't work buy a new one, thats my motto,
