I love the holidays now, it certainly doesn't feel wierd, I just go by things I saw other people doing as a little kid.

Time for a break - So long.

the guy i've just started seeing has certainly inspired this thread: he believes television and newspapers only corrupt the mind, practices some weird religion having to do with contacting his ancestors but claims it has nothing to do with demon worship and doesn't even own a cellphone.

Nobody really strange, but I had a boyfriend once who would arrange to meet me, then cancel, and then get all moody because I went out with friends, he also finished with me, then kept phoning me, and when he saw me out with my brother (he didn't know it was my brother) he sent me a text message calling me a slag.

do you find it surprising that such failed topics become very successful when started by someone else later in time?

I find it disappointing, but sometimes there just aren't a lot of people posting, or one thread which is getting so much attention that others are going unnoticed, I doubt its ever anything personal.

Yes, this is something my mum always goes on about, how well respected they are, she really thinks that people all would love to be witnesses but just are not good enough, its laughable really.
When I was a teenager, my friends from the hall and I got stopped by the police, we fitted the description of a gang who had just broken into a car, to my embaressment the first thing my friend said to the officers was "But we are Jehovah's Witnesses".
