when i was a regular attender, most of my jw "friends" were pioneers because that is who we spent our days with, lol.
well, it always annoyed the crap out of me when the pioneers would act like they were so special when they were able to get a new publication prior to its arrival at the local kh.

think of how dangerous it would be to give advanced notice when so and so gb member would be giving a convention talk.

i was once betrayed by an unknown person to the elders for buying soft porn magazines in a shop.
i never managed to figure out who it was since there were many people in the shop (news agency) at the time and i never noticed a jw from the local congo or one from other congos in the area that i knew.
to this day it's a mystery to me who saw me there and went to tell the elders.
Over 45 plus years many JC meetings over trumped up outrageous charges.I have been falsely arrested,tires slashed, property vandalized, assaulted,back stabbed,railroaded out of town,once even my phone tapped when the elder had a basement office with the telephone junction box.Smeared,jeered,shunned,snubbed and sneared.
They top the most sleazy soap opera.I have nothing to hide the only 'crime' i have ever committed was getting drunk on alcohol.
