  So what’s the longest road trip you’ve been on? or farthest you've driven?

  we just got back from spending two weeks in denver, co. call us crazy (yeah i dont know what the hell we were thinking) but we decided to drive.

  from seattle to denver and back is over 3,000 miles.

  we had both kids and a crap load of stuff.

  Well, this wasn't exactly a road trip as I didn't have a destination but I rode the east coast of mainland Australia, caught a ferry to Tasmania and generally bummed around on my m/cycle for 3 months. Just bike and tent. Wouldn't have a clue to the amount of miles/kilometres. Many thousands.

  Met a guy who was riding around Australia 'cause he lost a bet playing poker!!( He didn't ride his Harley though, bought a junked Honda) For anyone who doesn't know, Australia is the same size as the U.S (except for Alaska).

  Are humans more animal like then we admit?

  as an experiment, i dare anyone to go out on to the street and make eye contact with someone.

  not just for a few seconds, i mean, look at their eyes and don't stop as they walk closer and pass by.

  i would bet, that a large percentage of the men would ask you what your problem is, and ask you if you have a problem with them.

  Depends on so much more....

  I often hold the gaze of interesting women I see in the street. Never once has a woman taken this as threatening. Why?

  I have a big smile below the eyes.

  Have many fun comments and the occasional longer chat.

  All about perceived intent.

  It's a vague question. Eyes are the first thing I notice. Then what comes out of her mouth.

  Breasts? Not my fav attracter but if pushed, I'd say nipples, in all their variations, are more of a turn on than size of surrounding flesh

  Do you think that Armaggeddon is "near" or many, many years away?

  i am 40 years old and i have been hearing the same old song by jw's "armaggeddon is around the corner" since i was a toddler.

  it has to come to their minds that how long are they going to keep saying that armaggeddon is "near" or "around the corner"?

  or they eventually going to quit believing in this fantasy and look at reality?

  While jws look to god to god to fix things up via armageddon, they are not seriously taught being responsible for the earth NOW.

  Endless driving around wasting fossil fuels, no education around recycling etc and generally treading lightly on the planet.

  When is armageddon? Never...

  so a friend told me something recently that just blew my mind.

  she was interrogated by some elders regarding her choice of underwear.

  she was being questionned regarding her conduct with a man and apparently her choice of undergarments reflected the level of intent in her actions.

  back in the mid 70's my sister won a 45rpm record from a radio station, and it was horrible .

  well i heard from my brother that a childhood friend that i write to (as he lives in prison) got his sentence.

  first in texas there is a 3 strike rule.

  so seeing this is his third strike and then some i do not know how that lucky son of a jw got an offer for only 9 years.

  I have a friend who still dabbles in smack. He thinks no one else can understand and that he has it under control.

  Yeah right! Just lost his girlfriend and beautiful 4 yr old daughter. He has so many unpaid fines that he will be off to lockup again soon.

  He simply can't see out of his little selfish world. What a waste.
